Overall, there are not really high expectations from a fast food place. The food was typical of what you would expect and the service was also what you might expect. The difference is for 2 people to get a box meal was over $25! That seems ridiculously high for fast food that may or may not even be real chicken.

Astronomical prices for shoe leather chicken. They’re such a hurry to ring you up, they get the order wrong and the chicken is tough and stringy, flavorless, half coated garbage. The biscuit is a hockey puck from last season. Everything is cold – where are they giving the food from, if its cold when you get it in the store? The manners and customer service are terrible. I felt like I was fighting for the subway in the Bronx, NY not Middletown RI. The first and last time, I’m going there. Better get frozen food, mcd’s, chick fila, or just have air. It will save you money and frustration.

Same problems I’ve had every time I come here. Not enough chicken so I have to wait “25 mins” for food to be ready. More like slow food. It took them ten mins just to try to take my order. The place is not that busy to have these problems. When you are in the business of fried chicken it needs to be made ahead of time to meet demands. Use your product build sheets and organize your team to build to those levels. Put on management that knows how to keep proper inventory on shift. The past 3 times I’ve tried I walked out with my family because of the terrible organization at this location. The store was decently clean, however, the demeanor of the employees was that this is normal and it’s ok. Service with the sense of some hospitality would have maybe convinced us it was worth the wait.
