Walked in to a very loud environment, funny thing is, no customers. Every employee looked at us and continued as if we didn’t exist. Only one vehicle in drive through, no excuse for being ignored like we were. Strangest thing though, two weeks ago when district manager was here working, everyone was polite, expedient, and food was good. Too bad everyone needs a babysitter these days to do their jobs.

First, you got employees that like to throw attitude for no reason. Acting like they won’t be drug out the window. Second waited in extra crispy chicken, got said chicken, to only find out once I sat down to eat. It was soggy and bleeding. This KFC needs to get it together, it’s the most disgusting store I have ever seen. Mold everywhere, and questionable employees.

The chicken was small, almost no meat on the drumstick. It was overcooked and appeared mostly hollow. The mash potatoes had zero flavor. What little gravy was on the potatoes was soo bland. Not sure I want to go back.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Our food looked like it was 3 days old, it was burnt, and 2pcs of the chicken was literally bone and burnt skin! Also the shift manager told us she couldn’t issue a refund because it was after 8pm! Nor can she call the store manager for the same reason! After the issue was brought to her attention she COMPLETELY ignored us and didn’t even attempt to make it right! The cook said IF we wanted fresh chicken we could wait 20-30mins as he preceeded to get hateful with us! This store, and the food is disgusting! The employees are awful! They do not care about customer service or quality of the food. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dogs!

Paid $35.35. This was our meal. Biscuits were like rocks, corn was 50% dried out, it had hard pieces of corn, not a drop of juice, brown mashed potatoes, raw, dried out chicken tenders, look closely at the cole slaw was not only slimmy, but it was bubbling. I took a bite of it first spit it out and dry heaved, and violently gagged for 20 minutes. They returned our money, but I wasn’t hiding the fact that I was recording, and I wasn’tleaving until we did. The kitchen, and dining room floors, & work spaces were disgusting. NEVER WILL WE GET FOOD FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Both employees were extremely sorry. How do you not see this, health dept needs to do something before they kill someone.

Wait for over an hour for an online order then they said they never got the order!!! I have a confirmation number then 15 later find the two boxes of tenders in hot box and give me the hour old chicken!!!! Beyond pissed it’s pathetic

Noy really impressed with the food. Greasy, stale fries, hard chicken, hard biscuits, not enough on the burritos, quesadillas always have empty spots, wait times are horrible. Some staff are really crappy!

I drove 22 miles, paid for my order to find it was not 8 Chicken Brest
I politely told them the order was wrong
I ask to speak to the manager
She informed me that she took my phone call order and I didn’t tell her that
I replied ma’am
I did
Again I would like to order 8 Chicken Brest
What ever the cost if extra I would gladly pay
She told me she could not drop Chicken like that,
I ask for a refund and was told she couldn’t give me a refund
I ask for the district managers information and Again No….
Who is this young woman and why is she allowed to work in your business KFC?
I drove the 22 miles back home to tell my elderly father No Chicken Brest

The worst customer service and the food is disgusting. Asked for fresh chicken; took over 30 minutes for all the skin to be at the bottom of the bucket, and about an inch and a half of grease. All sides cold. Paid $50.00 for literally pig slop.
