The service was incredible!!! I did not catch the womans name but she was so sweet and nice… I was highly disappointed when we got our food home though… The chicken was mushy no crunch or crisp to it at all. The tenders were dry and could barely chew them… I hate to give a bad review because they service was truly impeccable but ive never had worse KFC food!!#

This was a very unique KFC. The restaurant is built on a hill. It had all its handy cap parking in the very narrow parking strip on the street side of the store, along with a few regular spots. The back side of the store has a fish tail stair case with decorative railings. The stair way comes down then splits in 2 separate directions coming down the back side of the hill to the main parking lot of the shopping plaza. Fun posters decorate the walls inside. The bathrooms are handicap friendly. A small private room is tucked around a corner with more seating. A large round family sized table that fits 6 right by the buffet table, lit by a giant KFC bucket lamp. It was a fantastic place to visit. Buffet was decent. It sure made my kids happy. The buffet was decorated with chicken statues. Only downside was that everyone working there seemed stressed out or very tired. I didn’t see many smiles.

My fiancé ordered our dinner using the MealsNow app. Unfortunately KFC completely dropped the ball & left off half the order. When my fiancé called to ask that they allow the delivery person to collect the remainder of the order, management refused and got really nasty, threatening to call the police for harassment KFC!!! I dislike Popeye’s, but at least they aren’t thieves!!

Bad parking for ♿ Cost surprised me I ordered 3 piece meal w/2 biscuits did not get any sides that I wanted cost was 11+ $$ too expensive for me. Not returning. Hard to believe they opening another KFC in town.
