This is a KFC combined with a Taco Bell restaurant. The KFC still has the full menu a standalone version would have as well as a drive-thru. The service is usually fast and the food is ok. It is next to a shopping center too, if you need to do that while in the area.

I don’t know what’s going on but the night crew was very rude and tried to rush everything no one was even motivated to get our order together and also my friend didn’t recieve her sides I swear between this KFC on Parker Road in Jonesboro Arkansas and the one on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro Arkansas they are going to fall apart because I highly do not recommend those 2 establishments unless they find a better and friendlier crew to serve us

I live about 20 minutes from this store. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a 2 chalupa 1 soft taco meal. Got home and the chicken sandwich was a very small box of chicken nuggets. Plus had a hard taco instead of a soft taco. I’ve dealt with problems from this location many times over. Just simply won’t buy there again.

I have never had an issue at this KFC, until now. Half way through eating our mashed potatoes, we felt something hard with the fork. Then saw a little bit of red. Idk what this is, but it was IN OUR MASHED POTATOES At first we thought it may be a hearing aid and after a lot of gagging, we rinsed it off to find that is was not. I definitely will not be eating here again. This is nasty.

Walked in went to bathroom both nasty. Customer service very rude, we and abt 3 other customers walked away after I had stayed do u know who is working the register the black girl standing in there said it wilbe a bit we are busy and the white girl standing there said we don’t have a registwr person they don’t give us one I said oh no this is not the only time I have been there to eat and have to stand there before to get waited on , I mean y’all have cameras to see what ur employee does and don’t do u may need to change ur employees there and get more or maybe a new management I have done mangament before right price I ve it manager to get them to work I will never eat there again

My food was hot, and the person at the window told me they were waiting on fries no problem. The issue for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I only got 7 wings and not 8 ( 8 is the number in the combo). Yes, I count my wings for this very reason, but I was on lunch so I didn’t have time to go back inside otherwise, I would have.

Super friendly and helpful. Tried to pass us off some old cold fries tho and we asked for fresh and was told they were. They replaced them and our meal was fine, but something felt off here. We tried to hand back the old fries at the window but they didn’t want them and asked us to pull forward. A few moments later the lady asked for the old fries before she would hand over the fresh ones lol which was no problem since we had them still bagged and ready to give back. Prices are too high to get passed out some below standard food. Not the best KFC experience passing thru Arkansas.

The food was hot and fresh. We drove through around 4:15 pm. However, if the location of this KFC wasn’t so convenient, I would not be a repeat patron. The staff are unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I did not understand the young lady at the first window when she repeated my sides order. When I repeated my sides order to her, she said, “That’s what I just said.” I had to ask her to repeat the order total and she repeated the amount very loudly. A different young lady at the other window released the bag of food before I had a good grip and I almost dropped the bag on the asphalt. Neither of them greeted me or thanked me. There were two or three young men inside the cooking area that were chasing each other around the equipment and furnishings. I don’t mind anyone having a good time at work, but it seems someone wasn’t paying attention. My order wasn’t filled accurately. Anyone want to guess which part of it was incorrect? Yep, you guessed it. The sides! But the food was hot and fresh.

I ordered from this KFC on DoorDash. After I waited for 30 minutes, I received a text telling me my order had been canceled. I texted my Door Dasher and he told me that they were too lazy to make my order. I will never ever patronize this KFC again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Whoever works here needs to go to the unemployment office. They deserve to be fired. On 8/3/22 I went to order something and No one would take my order. Drove around 2 times through the drive through and no answer went inside tried to order and they deliberately hid in the back so they couldn’t be seen. Then we went to the drive through one last time and said something they didn’t like and they finally decided to speak simply bc we got rude with them. I will be calling management and telling them exactly what happened. To whoever was working tonight I hope you get fired.
