I just went into this restaurant today 01/31/2026 between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. when I walked in I did not get greeted and then i waited pretty much 7 to 10 minutes before this young lady took my order which had a bad attitude and then the manager on shift got mad because I asked them to drop me some fresh hot fries and still mixed my hot fries with the cold fries and didn’t tell me they were out of biscuits instead they gonna tell me we gave you an extra piece of chicken im calling the store manager and if she doesn’t do anything I will talk to the district manager and also will file a complaint with the corporate office im not finna play with these kids and rude and disrespectful young women they need better training at home and I put a lot of the blame on the managers for hiring some of these young people but will definitely file a complaint

I live right by this place and the night time crew just lies about not having things. Tells you insane wait times, acts overly annoyed when you try to order, just basically tells you “i don’t feel like working can you go somewhere else”

Never really had a problem until tonight. The delivery truck driver is so lazy they blocked the drive thru and would not move. Store manager let the truck driver talk to us all as if we were to bow down to him and kiss his feet. Not gonna happen. The store manager should have stood up for the customers and found a solution. Instead he just walked off. There definitely needs to be some training, especially from trucking company.

It’s not the best chicken around. If you want chicken fresh, then you should probably go in the morning. Maybe the service and the food are different during that time.

I just tried KFC new chicken nuggets . The service was better this time. The nuggets were fresh. You can choose any dipping sauce. The size of nuggets is bite site. I purchased the 8pc for $5.49. Try them!

I don’t write reviews often, but I mean, some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in fast food I witnessed tonight. A woman comes in after me to pick up an order for DoorDash, the cashier lady says “ughhh we got ANOTHER door dash order, damn.”
So unprofessional, so rude.
Mind you, at this time, there was NO body else in the lobby ordering food.
When I walked up to order, I stood there right in front where you order at for a legitimate 7 minutes before anyone walked to the front to take my order. Not a hello, one minute, how are you, nothing.
The franchisee, district manager, etc should be ashamed. Nothing but a group of bad employees feeding off each others negative energy and taking it out on the customers. Shameful.

The last couple of months this location has gotten terrible. It seems like a management change. Customer service is terrible. I used to always get 4 legs in a meal and now if you ask for it they will quickly tell you they can’t (with an attitude).

Horrible! My son got me a chicken pot pie it was so dry , I called and told them and the young lady that answered the phone was nice and told me I can bring it back and get another one , so I pulled up to the window and , the Manager on duty had a whole attitude. He said ma’am these just came out the oven, I said look at the pot pie, he looked rolled his eyes got me another one , body language was a messed up , after I grabbed it I said thank you , he didn’t say nothing back, get home. And this chicken pot pie is dry as hell too …. never again I’ll drive to the other one before I go back to that one…
