My first time coming here was Labor Day weekend..had an AMAZING experience! The bartender (long hair blonde guy I can’t remember his name) and the chef..made everything so good!! (I had lemon pepper wings and watermelon margaritas) such a good vibe! So much so that I had to come back tonight as soon as I got in town…service was great but wings weren’t even close to xtra well done or even just done.. I didn’t make a fuss tipped well and came to my vacation rental and cooked them to my liking….nevertheless I’m relocating to the area in a month and want Boogies to be my new go to so I’ll be back! ❤️

I saw a lot of cars in the parking lot and thought that they actually were having a lucrative night so I stopped in. There were plenty of people in there with two bartenders and a cook. I sat at the bar for an entire 30 minutes before any of the staff even acknowledged me. As a plump girl that was puffing on her vape like she owed it money finally walked up to me and said “Hey hun can I get you a drink”, I had decided I had waited long enough and told her politely no thank you! This is a very skeezy bar you only go into if you ain’t got any other better option?

Bartender Matt is a national treasure. For Saints game, walkin, get your grilled potatoe salad, bucket of beer, free raffle tickets, and tellem Boot said hi. This place is a bar full of your best friends you have not met yet. Food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Great people and great place. Owner is approachable and very professional.

I really enjoyed the chicken wings, very moist not dry the only hangup I had was there are NO FRIED DISHES! PERIOD!! so NO FRIES EVERTHING IS GRILLED!! but that’s NOT a deal breaker, it was nice and clean, our server was very attentive. I can say I WILL be back to try more dishes. I would of gave a 5 star but at the time I really wanted fries with my wings.

Talking about some awesome hamburgers!!!!! One of the best I have had in a really long time. This place is a must. Server was very courteous and friendly and this place has a very laid back atmosphere. Burgers were so big that none of us were able to eat the whole thing. Grandsons were really impressed.

There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke as we entered and clean ashtrays on each of the tables. I am NOT a smoker, but my thought was that it was nice that people who ARE have someplace they can go to eat and hangout. The server (Matt) was spot on. He was friendly, engaging, and very attentive. The menu includes more than the typical ‘bar food’. It was a bit more salty than I prefer but it definitely had more flavor than a lot of restaurants I’ve visited. The prices were very reasonable and we left with full bellies and ready for a good night’s rest. Just a word of advice – bring cash to pay the bill = 3.5% discount.

Hey now, Yo Man BIG Daddy here. If you’re ever down on the beach and you think.. We need to find some GREAT food and a great cold ADULT drink you have to stop and check this place out. They have a lot of television for what ever game your in to, pool tables, different shows going on. Just a all around great place to go. During the day I will even stop in with my son. Very friendly staff. We will be back..

Nice place, clean, fast,friendly. Food is great. Had a wrap the first time and a shrimp po boy the second time I went, both excellent. Bathroom was clean. They have pool tables. Pretty good vibe. Only thing I don’t like is they smoke inside. Wasn’t to bad during dinner hours though since there was barely anyone inside.

Very laid-back atmosphere, it was pretty empty but it was a late lunchtime when I went, its very easy to imagine it being crowded, with servers hollering to a bartender whose sliding drafts down the counter and cooks grilling up calorie packed burgers, Lisa was our server, she was awesome in a best friends mom sorta way, and the food was so good! Literally the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had, sorry Sonny’s but it was, and instead of the usual fries they had loaded creole grilled potatoes and mmmmm it was good, I can easily say I’ll be a repeat customer

The Staff here is Super cool , The cook didn’t use anything out the can, all scratch made.
For the Price they give you plenty of food. I love that they stay open till 2am
