Never really had a problem until tonight. The delivery truck driver is so lazy they blocked the drive thru and would not move. Store manager let the truck driver talk to us all as if we were to bow down to him and kiss his feet. Not gonna happen. The store manager should have stood up for the customers and found a solution. Instead he just walked off. There definitely needs to be some training, especially from trucking company.

The KFC on Missouri Street has been very consistent for quite some time now. The food is good and usually better than some of the other fast food places around town. My order is usually correct and the food is usually fresh and hot. The employees are courteous and efficient. I applaud and appreciate the management and employees for their extra effort during these strange times.

The dining room and the soda fountain were nasty there was trash everywhere the Pepsi dispenser didn’t work properly it had water leaking out of it. Food was good

I did an order online I ask for extra crispy chicken and they gave me want they wanted to give me which was original but to top it off my order was cold and they told me on the app that it will be ready within 15 mins and if that so why would it be so cold and I went up there before time and it was already ready KFC ya’ll gotta do better
