I was in town visiting decided to doordash and I gotta order there. It was missing 2 things I talked to the manager. And she just rolled her eyes at me didn’t say nothing and . 10 minutes. finally brought Max something. And just threw it back. Very poor. I will be contacting the. Corporate office and let them know how horrible it was. Very bad attitude she. Ignore me for 10 minutes when I let her know kids. Mill was missing a drink. Finally got tired of waiting walked out and let the customer know. All they would do was stare at me and ignore. I will never stop there again and I will be letting doordash know too. And I never say this but I believe it was a racist thing because they acknowledge all black people and others instead there and still Ignore me. poor management. Hopefully the owner sees this. Thank you have a great Cinco DE Mayo.

Traveling thru ate here met by cashier very cold and rude…food was great but her attitude sucked. One lady waited for a chicken sandwich forever had to come inside after a long wait outside just to wait another 10 to 15 minutes inside. Rude to most everyone that came through while we there.

Worst place to eat in crossett!!! NEVER HAVE ADVERTISED MEALS!!! Doing the pot pies, takes 45min, we left. Decided to give it another go after church on Sunday for the double down sandwich all on tv AND their marquee, they won’t have ANY till Tuesday!!! I’d drive out of state b4 this place gets ANY more money from me or mine!

What a disappointment. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for somebody to take my order. After about 5 minutes I asked if anybody was there, and I’m met with a sort of attitude saying she’ll be with me in a minute (this has happened more than once). After ordering, it took another 5 minutes for my food to be ready, with nobody ahead of me in the drive through. On to the door… First off, don’t tell me that an item doesn’t exist that’s listed on your menu (no, not out of stock, but that it doesn’t exist)… especially when I had the item a few days before. Second, they can’t seem to get an order right. Ordered two BBQ chicken littles. Received two buffalo chicken littles. Fed up, I went inside to have them replaced. What a joy… the bread had just been pulled out of the fridge, so my “new” sandwiches had cold bread. Yum. Get back out to my truck, sure enough the gravy is missing (or almost non-existent) in my other item… I was too ticked off to have them spend another 5 minutes fixing that so I just left. A waste of $13… should have just gone to popeyes.

I’m sick of these people being rude and not giving me the food I pay for. I ordered a 5 pc tender tonight with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of Mac n cheese. The guy didn’t give me a receipt and then I was told that my Mac n cheese was in the box. Get home and I have no mashed potatoes. The last time I visited no one answered the intercom so I pulled up and the guy serving the car ahead of me looked directly at me. When I pulled up he walked away from the window and no one else ever came to the window. I will not be going back. Please do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. Would give zero stars if possible.
