Pull up to drive through when it started to rain hard. After about 5 minutes and No one answering at the menu board I decided just to pull up to drive through window. When to pulled to drive through window the lady there refused to take my order. I explained to her that I could not order that the board because of the rain and now awning to protect from at the rain getting in my car. They lady actually said,”well it’s not raining now so back around and place you order because you going to mess up my orders”. She could have taken my order and then ask me to pull up but to ask me to go back because I was causing an inconvenience to her?
I don’t know who owns this place, or if you care about how your customers are treated but maybe home office cares.

The employees are very rude there and do not have any kind of good work ethic I live right down the road and every single time it never fails they don’t have enough chicken cooked or most of the time no fries my wife wanted a chicken sandwich today and they had no meat ready for the sandwichs and I know every time I go to Popeyes they are always good and I know KFC can do better it’s the employees at this one that are just lazy and don’t want to prepare the food quick enough so I highly suggest if you are planning wanting some KFC then you better go to West Monroe because do not go by the college cause you will get poor service!!!

Tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but there’s always this ONE employee who seems to hate her job as if the customers picked it for her. She is always VERY rude and her attitude is DISGUSTING.

I ordered a 12pc family meal and only got 9 pcs of chicken. I was not informed that they didn’t put the thighs in the bucket but they still charged me full price.. I would have been okay with being short chicken but at least tell me and don’t charge me full price. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Went by at 5:10 pm today… and was rudely told by a drive thru lady… we ain’t got no chicken.. it will be at least 25 to 30 minutes before the chicken would be done… so I told her never mind and went to Popeyes and got what I wanted without any rudeness… imagine wanting chicken at KFC.. she acted like I was ordering a T-bone steak… stay away from this hood store

10/23/24 -10:30_10-45…….. I never felt so disrespected for walking inside of one of my favorite restaurants…. The young lady was very very disrespectful and kicking me out when I did not understand what time it actually was and what time the guys actually open…… The older lady was rude on the front counter… The cook came to the window and only kept saying 10:30 again no cell phone did not understand what time it was I left my phone in backpack in class on ULM campus… The food was nice but the service was downright horrible!!!!!!!
