Il Fiorista is many things – all of them centered around the beautiful benefits of botanicals. Our NoMad location is home to a restaurant and education center that celebrates the various ways in which we can incorporate flowers into our lives. Our ever-evolving menu is seasonally inspired by a Mediterranean style through global influence. We source organic, local ingredients from our friends wherever possible and use humanely raised proteins. We have a full bar, including cocktails that change with each harvest. We also offer classes – from DIY bouquet-making to pasta-making and mixology 101 – as well as a private event space. Our restaurant also houses a small gift shop. We are committed to sustainability and social responsibility.

The space itself is charming—bright, cozy, and full of character. We’ve had the same server each time we’ve gone on the weekend, and he is just lovely: attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does.
This place is an absolute must-try if you’re looking for a reliably great meal in a beautiful setting. I belive they even do flower making classes on occasion ❤️
Most of the items appetizer and dessert items were just okay. We didn’t enjoy the ham on the charcuterie board or the tiramisu (too sweet). The mains- lobster ravioli and the fish- were great. It felt like an okay portion size to me, though one person in my group did still feel a bit hungry afterwards. The drinks were just okay, but not something I would recommend.
I also felt we were missing the storytelling aspect of a tasting menu. I prefer when a server helps us understand why those items are all on the menu and how it’s all connected. One person in our party had previously experienced their flower-inspired tasting menu, so we had hoped for a similar experience.
Overall, the experience was just alright, which makes is hard to justify $100-$150 per person after tax and tip. If I went back, I would do al a carte and just get a main dish.
The service was exceptional—Javier’s suggestions were absolutely perfect.
Every dish was delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented.
A wonderful experience from start to finish—we’ll definitely return!
The pasta was delicious — fresh and full of flavor. I especially loved the floral decorations, they create such a cozy and beautiful atmosphere.
One small suggestion: it would be great to see some fish or chicken options added to the brunch menu. Looking forward to coming back!
10 out of 10 recommend hosting your next event here!!
The food here is incredible! For brunch, I ordered a Mimosa, Prosciutto Benedict, and the meatball sandwich. The Prosciutto Benedict was an absolute standout — a solid 10/10 with perfectly poached eggs, a rich hollandaise sauce, and the savory touch of prosciutto. Simply delicious!
For dinner, we shared a bottle of Prosecco, Calamari, and their burgers. The burger is a masterpiece in simplicity — juicy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. It’s proof that sometimes less is more. The calamari was also fantastic, perfectly cooked and impressively fresh.
The ambiance at Il Fiorista is charming and stylish, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, dinner, or just drinks, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend!
