The food and service were ok. The air vents in this location look like the filters haven’t been changed since before covid. I feel bad for the employees. The grill hood is so clogged that there is a smoke haze all throughout the restaurant. Thats not my phone thats the haze in the pictures

On Sunday , 10-19, I ordered a 10 piece original to go. After opening container I realized the chicken was burnt. I believe a worker made an error and gave this burnt chicken to a (to go ) order hoping to sneak the burnt chicken out the door.
I will return in the future but will check order before leaving. I hope it is not policy to sneak an error out the door. I pass up another KFC just to order from La Vista store.

Just did a refund with doordash cause hell no. Our fries were missing, our side order of large mashed potatoes and gravy was missing and the sauces for the strips also missing. The chicken is damn near burnt yet soggy as hell? I don’t get it besides them using chicken that’s been sitting there and refrying it hence both burning and making the skin super soggy. Tenders used to be nice and crispy and big. These things are a disgrace. Pay attention to reviews like I failed to do. Never again. It’s like fast food has become the laziest workers you can find and no accountability is had. Glad I ordered through door dash or I would have been screwed.

we went through the drive through at this location. The cashier Joseph- very nice. but drive all the way home before we realized MISSING food. i’m not driving all the way back over there. ordered 6 chicken tenders got 3 tiny ones, and they were dried out, so basically 1 of the 3 we could eat. they forgot to put the pot pie in there, and it was old- sad i use to love their food. based on this time around, i would not go back.

I haven’t had KFC in a long time only because my last order was crappy. So I thought I would try them again. I ordered the family mashup deal and the mashed potatoes had hair in them. Not to mention the breading on the chicken was very mushy like it hadn’t been fried. I ended up putting the chicken in my air fryer to cook a little longer. I did salvage the chicken but no one will eat the potatoes. The biscuits were over baked. $30 down the drain.
On a good note, the girl at the window was extremely friendly and good customer service.

7/25/2024 Stopped by and had their chicken pot pie , and chocolate chip cake. The pot pie was good and the price was reasonable. The store was clean, there was good parking, the staff was there. I downloaded their app a couple of days ago and got an offer of $5 off a purchase in excess of $10, which is why I went to KFC. I used the chocolate chip cake to get my order total to exceed the $10 minimum purchase. Four stars

My order delivered isn’t what I ordered. I tried to call the store to try and resolve the issue. I called five times, each time they would answer and then hang up. I received two large mash potatoes, two large coleslaws, and two gravys that I did not order. I did file a customer concern email, and will attach photos of phone calls attempted and hung up on. Poor customer service and poor hiring team allowing this as a standard for this location. I hope this improves.

I ordered a pickup online. I was 5 minutes early in picking it up; the lady at the drive-thru acted like I was causing a huge problem by arriving 5 minutes early. She said “we will try to get it ready for you real quick”. (it was not a large order and I was only 5 minutes early! Plus, it was not at a rush-hour time, it was late-morning on a weekday). I went to the pickup window and a few minutes later, she opened the door and basically shoved it at me and said “Thank You!” and closed the door. Very rude. The chicken was very good though, which is sometimes hit-or-miss with KFC. The fries were a little over-cooked, but I was happy with my purchase, not the service!

My brother brought food home last night from here. It was absolutely awful. I really didn’t eat much of anything. Everything had so much salt in it, it made it inedible. I understand the chicken is always salty, but so were the mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits. I couldn’t get through even 1 biscuit. And I love biscuits! It almost tasted like a prank. Like someone said “Let’s see how much salt we can put in just to screw with them.”. Worst dinner ever. Unless you love the taste of a humongous amount of salt.

We ordered 16 piece family meal which should have came with 8 biscuits. We also ordered an extra 4 biscuits. When the order arrived, we only received 6 biscuits. Called and spoke with manager who refused to correct the issue and said we weighed it should have been correct. Weighed it? Don’t they know how to count? To make it all worse. The chicken was overcooked and had a powdery peppery taste to it. A complete waste of money. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
