Tonight a large group of children from the ages of 10 to 18 came to this location to celebrate the end of a 6 show weekend. There were about 30 kids and about 7 parents.

We were greeted with warmth and welcoming hospitality. We knew our orders were going to bombard the kitchen, and we hoped that they would not be annoyed with us. It was exactly the opposite the manager, and the staff continuously checked in with us and apologized for the long wait. But no one even noticed the wait time. Y’all had a place to sit down and connect with one another to celebrate closing night and we are super grateful.

Everyone got their food and ice cream and we left super happy. This location is so lucky to have so many hardworking teammates!

I give this location a try every so often in hopes that I would stop receiving microwaved burgers. I order a burger that has lettuce and tomatoes on it and I have to peel them off every time.

I placed an online order 15-20 mins before arriving, I had even told the cashier that I had an online order and she acknowledged by saying “ok”. They had one table of 2 people, and 1 car in the drive-thru. Not busy at all. My coworker ordered at the register and received their food within 8 mins. I got up and checked on my order. She asked for my name and turned around and yelled into the kitchen. They hadn’t even started my order. So here comes my soggy microwaved burger, if I would have had more time for lunch, before having to be back at work, I would have told them to remake it.

I’m no longer giving them a try, I don’t need a reply of:

“we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our fans. We hope you give us another chance next time you’re craving DQ food and treats. – DQ Fan Relations Team”

Do better and throw the microwave away from this location. That’s all they know how to use apparently.

After combing through DQ reviews, it seems one of the main complaints is them microwaving their food. So I looked up why they do this. It’s for their BUSY PERIODS, and it’s not for the whole assembled sandwich. Listen up DQ crew it is just for the MEAT and CHEESE.

$3.84 for small vanilla cone compared with McDonald’s small vanilla cone for $1.49. Prices as of May 1, 2025. I like soft serve, and Dairy Queen offers both vanilla and chocolate. They also offer wonderful dairy treats for others who may want more than a cone, but still, I hate to pay (and I hate myself for putting out) $3.84 for that simple cone. I went back for a small sundae on May 4 and am attaching photo. I expected a nice round dollop(one dollop for small and two rolls for regular, I believe) with a curly Q on top, but there was just a small amount of ice-cream and no Q. I know wanting a Q is being picky but I love Dairy Queen and have for decades but feel the quality is lacking and the prices are very high for what you get at this, the closest location to my home.

Service and food is always good. Usually get the pretzel bites and crispy chicken salad bowl which is really good. Also get pup cups for my dog here.

I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries. I asked what came on the cheeseburger and they said pickles, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for onions to be added to my cheeseburger. They told me it would be $ 0.80 to put onions on my cheeseburger.. What? Seriously? You’re going to charge me $.80 to put onions on my cheeseburger? I’m going to tell everybody how ridiculous this is and not to go there. Wow….

There was essentially no cookie dough in my blizzard. I basically paid almost $7 for a small cup of shake mix.

Typically don’t leave reviews for fast food since I have such low expectations but first time here and it’s cool clean and quiet. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food still taste the way I remember it.

I made an online order, arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up, stood in line to remind them that I needed my food. After 15 minutes, I only received cups for drinks. There is an uncommunicative girl at the checkout who doesn’t care that you are late for work. Why do you accept online orders when I have to come and order the same thing again

I wish this place was better. I would come here more often if they were not so stingy with everything. This poor management model (austerity plust power trips) to customers) is ruining their business w/everyone. Help at the window lacked the people skills to look at me and barely talked to me. I occasionally swing by in hopes that they’ve got better management on board, and was once again reminded that they still are cheap as hell to the people paying the bills. Ordered cheese nuggets, the container barely half full. Medium sized concrete. Barely any “stuff” in the concrete. Might as well have gotten a vanilla shake. I hope these people learn that being good to the customers is what brings customers back. Hope they don’t destroy their own business by the time they figure this out. After ya lose it, it’s hard to get a good reputation back. The only thing holding up this business is the DQ nostalgia.
