This is a good kfc. Im a truck driver and usually stop at kfc once a week and I was impressed. The food was hot , the dinning room was very clean. The biscuits were nice hot soft right out of the oven. And the employees were really friendly. I will be back for more hot biscuits

My family comes here every Saturday for lunch. Service is extremely slow, the workers always look exhausted and seem apathetic. Things will be missing from orders. A couple weeks ago there was a male manager who was great. He was running things smoothly and service was fast and food was fresh. He always remembered condiments and butter and honey for biscuits. Wish he would come back. The bathrooms are always disgusting too.

Order at the drive thru, a #2 with no lettuce. It took a half an hour to get 3 tacos. When I got home it was obvious that they had lettuce on them and someone scraped it of taking the sour cream with it and leaving bits of lettuce and you could see the finger tracks in the meat where the removed the lettuce. It went straight in the trash! Waste of $10 terrible service and even worse product!

Consistently late with everything. You order mobile for pick up and they don’t even start working on the order til 20 minutes After the scheduled pickup time. You can frequently see employees standing around during this time doing nothing. If you go through the drive through it’s highly likely they mess up your order or forget something in it. Very unprofessional and definitely not well managed.

Upon arrival at approximately 11:15 the lobby doors were still locked. Staff was friendly but, for being open for 45 minutes with lobby doors locked you would expect a place to be clean. Not trash on the floor and one trash can overflowing. I went into the the restroom to use the toilet and turned right around and decided to go somewhere else.

I had ordered 12 piece extra crispy and 12 piece original. They said it will be 30 minutes for the original so we waited. They got the order in 20. We got home and there was no extra crispy and there were some of the original pieces not done. This cost us $90. I will not go to this place again.

BEWARE! Check your order made in the drive through BEFORE you leave..Made order, ($22 for two orders is stupid, but whatever). Got the drinks correct, so didn’t check the bag… Drive 30 miles back to Louisburg to eat at home. Got a chicken tenders meal I didn’t order and nothing I ordered. Called the store and was told I needed to drive 30 miles back to the store to fix it. No “I’m sorry”, nothing. Told them I wanted a refund and was TOLD I needed to call “corporate”. Did that, reported the issue and was told I’d get a call from someone else to issue a refund (hassle) which I still haven’t received. Done with this place! I have had several terrible experiences here. I love KFC’s chicken, but not worth the crappy service and usually terrible quality at this location. Lost my business.
