The food this day my friends was really great, we did go on Tuesday and yes we did have the $10 all dark meat chicken, ok they did run out of chicken it took about 5 minutes no problem.
I guess my only complaint is they didn’t give the chicken time to “rest” instead of throwing it straight in the bucket it caused the skin off from the high humidity from the steaming hot chicken, it also caused quite a bit of oil or grease ending up covering the bucket.
I know it sounds like I am complaining but I am just explaining.
Now onto the Totally Awesome Chicken it was really really good no joke very good taste to it, I didn’t use any sauces I didn’t feel the need to, but my wife did try the come back sauce on her’s and she like it says it was peppery but for real the chicken was moist and delicious

I got there at 11:03 cause I thought they opened at 11. I had to walk through two employees outside smoking at the front door. I went in the cashier was nice. I ordered extra crispy chicken. The eight piece bucket did not look at it left had to walk through two people smoke to get back to my vehicle. The chicken I think was a day old. It was not crispy. It looked horrible. It tasted like it was an old grease and I go there every other week on Tuesdays to buy chicken. I was very very disappointed this time.

I know we’re in slow season, but come on guys! What was served tonight is far from acceptable. My chicken was hot, but the oil is clearly way too old and it was rather nasty tasting… To the point I’m unable to tolerate eating it. There were also tons of feathers still in some of the pieces! The mashed potatoes were not completely mixed and I had bites of instant powder mix. The nuggets were soggy and old. The people working tonight were nice and courteous, but the food was the worse I’ve had in a very long time. Will be making a sandwich tonight, cuz this chicken is definitely not what I’d consider edible.

I ordered 2 bowls and a pot pie from the parking lot via the app while the staff stood in front of the building smoking and socializing with one another 15 minutes later I get my food that has refried chicken in it instead the fresh chicken I waited 15 minutes for and the corn on the bowls were so dry they looked like the dry ones in a cup o noodles. The pot pie was edible but the 2 bowls went straight into the trash. Never eating at this kfc again but probably not eating any kfc again tbh

8:55 PM 06/26/25 Took at least 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge me. Then another 15 for our food. Asked for it as Dine In, they packed it all up, forgot 2 of the 4 sides and didn’t include any flatware. Customers behind me left because they were out of lots of food. Manager and cook bickering back and forth about who’s fault that was. Edited to add: it’s 9:20, 4 other customers have walked in and out after being told they’re out of chicken. Manager ” has inventory to complete before close”.

Absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and that’s probably not evening descriptive enough of the experience. Every table was covered in left over food crumbs
My food tray was handed to me with a large amount of mash potatoes stuck to the bottom, which caked my hand in them when it was handed to me. Employees then sat around while the restaurant was absolutely filthy.
Kitchen staff was making comments about how anyone voted for a certain political leader were “stupid people .” Bro your job is to make fried chicken and clean tables, not call your customers stupid where they can hear you. Wildly unprofessional staff and atmosphere, place was okay when it opened and now I wouldn’t comeback in if you paid me to do so.

Everything was good. They had a brand new employee working the register. She had a little trouble finding the correct buttons to push but figured it out rather quickly. Our order was complete, fresh and hot. There was another customer who went through the drive through who waited almost 15 minutes for the rest of her order because a sandwich was missing. The employees were all friendly.
