We ordered two 2-piece meals and drinks. The size of the pieces were astonishingly small. Tiny drumstick and a “thigh” whose bone structure and size were not normal for chicken. Very small bang for the $22+ we paid for this take out. TRY ELSWHERE FOR FRIED CHICKEN!

This location is a joke ordered online, drove from Knob Noster to get. Handed me bag, didn’t notice the gravy leaking out into the bag. Got home and both gravies had empty into the bag soaking everything bag ripped trying to get inside. Called 5 times and no one will answer the phone.

I take my sons to lunch here once in a while and I think it is better than these reviews show. KFCs are divided into those who do extra krispy right and those who don’t- this one does it right. This is NOT a fast-food place per se because if they are out of what you want it takes a while to make it, but that just comes with the territory. What keeps it from being a five is that sometimes they do run out of condiments and such and they needed a repair in the dine-in that took them a long time to do. I do not find it to be dirty like some are complaining about. There is a lot of background noise in the kitchen so I can understand why the drive-through would be hard to hear on ordering. The dine-in experience seems to be better than the drive through as many of the low ratings seem to be with drive-through.

Came in around 920 to place a to go order on March 2nd. Out of mash potatoes and gravy. Ordered 2 3 piece big box meal. Got to car and noticed no biscuits. Went back in and gentleman informed me they were out of biscuits. Should have told me that when I placed my order or when they handed me my to go order. Didn’t offer to replace biscuits with a piece chicken. Last time I went to kfc same exact thing happened. Seems like they are more worried about cleaning and getting out of there then making sure all the food the customer pays for is with the order.

i live in marshal and i go to kfc everyday i love it then i come to sedalia to get some and i always get skimped out!! i order a famous bowl with extra chicken on the side and its half the size of when i go in marshal! i told the lady i payed for extra chicken and said that is one small little containers im beyond mad!
