When I first approached I noticed the door was broken on one side and locked on the other. I grabbed the broken handle and swung open to noticeably empty racks and a very open lobby. After a very long pause and before I even had a chance to ask, a lady spoke up from behind and said the truck was delayed and they had absolutely no chicken. All they had was sandwich patties and exactly 3 tenders. So I asked for a Number 12 and went to fill my cup at a horrendous drink station. As I waited I noticed the lobby was full of flies buzzing and incredibly hot. I can imagine it makes a long day for the employees with no AC. I was uncomfortable as a customer. After I received the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen from a KFC I sat down and overheard a conversation about “locking the lobby for the rest of the day” so I just grabbed my bag and left. The landscaping outside is beautifully taken care of though though.

One of the best tasting KFC we have found, across many continents in a long time. Chicken tasted awesome, and well cooked. Nice clean store. They seem to have kept the recipe from how I remember Kentucky Fried Chicken tasting from over 40 years ago. Totally recommend.

Wow. Best KFC we’ve been to for awhile. Traveling through Kennett from Iowa on our way back to Florida. Stopped for a quick lunch. Parking was big enough to comfortably park our RV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean. Food came out fast, hot, and very good. We had the $5 2 piece meal, 6 piece spicy wing meal, and the apple poppers. All fresh, hot and delicious. We highly recommend this KFC.

Took 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some fries. Had a cashier taking personal calls at the register. Tables were sticky and almost all the drinks were out.

This was the best restaurant we’ve been to in awhile. It was clean, the food was freshly made and excellent, and the service was amazing! We ate inside and the girls brought our food to the table, made sure we had everything we needed, and even checked on us after we started eating. This was service you would hope to receive at am expensive steak house. We enjoyed the service, the atmosphere and the food. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

KFC has always been my favorite for their chicken
I always order the $5 dollar meal deal. That is 2 pieces of chicken
Potatoes and gravy and 1 biscuit .
The chicken was very good
Very small though !!!
I believe they need to go back to their normal size chicken

I ordered my food in the drive through and was asked to pull to the side parking lot to wait. I did with no problem with it. After I moved over another car ordered behind me. They parked like I did. It has now been 40 minutes of sitting in the parking lot. A car has gone through the drive through and the car that ordered after me got their order (2 big bags) and I’m still waiting 45 minutes total. There is a young lady running her legs off. Drive through window, filling orders, taking them out to cars. Until about 10 minutes ago she was the ONLY person I saw working. Good job young lady. You deserve a raise and a promotion!

Very hot in there but that’s because they’ve got the oven hoods on so that when they’re sitting in their office not doing anything they’re comfortable. Bless the girl behind the counter she had no skills at all when it comes to talking to people you could not understand the things she Said. We were there right at lunch time and there was nobody else there. Now I understand why. Very very unfriendly staff they just don’t want to help you. I got the impression that we were bothering them by giving them my business. I can’t say enough bad about the service. What is KFC the food was good

Dude dropped the food on the ground & still gave it to us gave us a cookie since he dropped it, it’s never ready on time & you can make an order online when you get there they are out of mashed potatoes or maccoroni or biscuits or a certain chicken it’s a long long wait,they make you pull up forever and something is always missing from you food or when you are supposed to get breasts they give you some hard wings, don’t go at night or you’ll get old food, cookies are hard biscuits too ecspecially the chicken sliders the bottom bread is a brick on every one each visit plus the are extremely expensive now it’s not worth it for the price and taste always check your food before you leave n they are always we are out of that we are out of that too etc well tell me what you do have I think if you go late they just say they are out so they don’t got to cook any that’s why it’s old and hard what you do get and I know secrets from people who have worked there
