They ask you to pull around and have you wait forever. I do not mind waiting a bit for some good food. However, the food was awful and didn’t get any fries. Mind you, the fries were their whole reason for us waiting for 30 minutes. They just never get it right.

Was the only car in drive thru, waited 5min for someone to acknowledge through the speaker then she promptly disappeared. My son got out of the car, went inside and there were all the employees just sitting at the counter sharing videos on their phones. He asked who was working drive thru and was ignored. We left. The mistake was returning a couple hours later hoping shift change would correct the earlier issue. It did not, infact it was worse. Long story short, only 2 cars, 40min wait in drive thru, they gave me the wrong order, the girl argued with me about it, I even showed her the charge to my card, she put my order in again then tried to charge me again for my order (did not refund the first order I didn’t receive) the person who placed the first order she gave me entered the store looking for their order which was still in my car as the employee didn’t take it back, she told them they never placed an order, tried to charge me for their order. I asked for a refund she told me they don’t issue refunds since it’s “made to order” (?). I left, contacted my bank and they issues me a refund. This store is a joke, the employees either don’t know how to do their jobs, don’t care or both. They show up to collect a check and have no intentions of delivering anything that resembles customer service.

I ordered online, food was to be ready at 430. At 448 it was finally ready. Order was wrong. I paid for 12 piece chicken which should include 3 breasts. There were 0 breasts but instead the chicken seemed as if it had been cooked twice to make it seem fresh. It took 3 people to pass down and bag the food. My son liked the biscuits though! Hoping this is them working out the kinks, if so I will update my review.

I ordered a chicken sandwich no pickle extra mayonnaise. I get a chicken sandwich full of pickles no mayonnaise and the bottom bun is brick bat heart. I asked for extra ice in my Pepsi. I get no ice in my Pepsi. That’s so ridiculous considering she asked me three times what my order was. They need to get some people in there that know what they’re doing and ain’t in there just to play I still think Salem’s got him beat.

Went to the drive up to order our food and was told they didn’t have any bone in chicken ready. The lady through the speaker said it would be at least a 30 minute wait. I said never mind we couldn’t wait that long. There were cars in front of me and at least 4 behind me so I couldn’t leave the drive through. The lady kept coming through the speaker wanting our order. I kept telling her I couldn’t move forward or backward because of the cars. She said she would be outside in a minute to get the cars to back up. She never came. We ended up waiting approximately 15-20 minutes for the cars in front of ours to receive their orders so we could move. What a nightmare of an establishment. I have heard nothing but complaints about the Centralia location. They need to figure it out pretty quickly or this place won’t succeed.

TL:DR – kfc gave me an incomplete order, and when I called to find a solution, management was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t offer a refund or replacement.
New store, grand opening new. First visit because my friends that went had complaints and said give then a little time to iron out the kinks. The order was wrong. Wrong items, missing food. Called and spoke to management. (Left managers name and visit time off this review as a courtesy) Management is apparently unsure what goes in their orders. When I asked for clarification of the combo I had ordered because I was missing items and I don’t work or frequent kfc, i was accused of getting an attitude, and the manager threatened to hang up. Management did not resolve my missing food or wrong items (so basically theft since i didn’t get my food or a refund or an offer to replace), not even an offer, just an uncaring attitude. Asked for GMs name, was refused the information. So I recommend not wasting your time and money. The store looked nice. But they steal your money. Don’t know if it is just me being put-off by the attitude I received, but the chicken didn’t really taste that great take that as you will. Anyway waste of a perfectly good 22 dollars.

The app said the food was ready 15 minutes after the order was placed. Went to the window as the lobby was closed and was told it’s not ready. Waited 30 minutes and never did get my food. 5 employees were standing around, not busy. They were rude and acted like I wasn’t even there. I couldn’t get my money back from the store and they told me I’d have to go online. I called and placed a case and never heard anything back. I finally made a claim with my credit card and got reimbursed that way. I hope my card company goes after them for it for failure to fulfill their responsibility. Horrible experience and will not be going back.

Placed a DoorDash order for a single 8 piece bucket. After waiting 30mins for the order, was told it would be another 30 mins because “someone stole all the chicken”. Then the Dasher said the employees were sitting around laughing about it… They don’t take business seriously there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. The business will close soon.
