Absolutely horrible food. I don’t know why I punish myself and keep coming here. I keep saying it’s gotta get better…. But no, fries are cold, chicken is extra greasy, the skin is missing on half the pieces. Puddles of grease. Absolutely horrible. A refund doesn’t even do justice. So disappointed. No complaints on service there though. Nice people. Just food is HORRIBLE.

Oak Lawn Illinois. Was a Beautiful Experience in Customer Service and Quality Of Food . Order Was Made To My Specifications. For a small add on fee All was fine . Manager was a great hands on working team leader and handled a crowd of customers with his hard working crew on deck like a Champion .. From A U.S. Marine with attention to detail this place rocks !

This KFC is off the chain! Here’s an example of quality over quantity the staff workers that pours to job productivity. Great KFC. No drive thur but entering this restaurant “the vibe”starts. Above excellent customer service. The manager James treats his employees as family with proper motivated response and delivery to all. Outstanding team player! Hot chicken. Clean business that makes you want to dine in. Friendly atmosphere. Juicy chicken, hot sides and a well adjusted beverage machine. James leadership and performance gave me a middle class restaurant experience than a fast food joint. App certified for game days. Beautiful art work. I never thought about dining in KFC til now. Thank you again James!!

I’m gonna post the guys picture at the end. I’m not sure who hired someone with this kind of behavior and then they put them up front for every customer and every driver to go through them. This guy shouldn’t even work in the back very inadequate, very rude telling people what to do regardless of how busy it is your job is to be nice to people and to have great customer service. Anyone can bag chicken if you can’t do it in a nice matter and if you don’t have the vocabulary to be able to communicate with people if you like the ability to listen this is not the industry for you if pressure is too much for you. It’s not the industry for I had the worst experience there in that restaurant will never see me or my friends as customers ever again the guy was very rude yelling screaming, and I definitely live there with no appetite for any food

Went there Saturday at 8 they didn’t have any breast but still charge u for a breast girl that took order said extra crispy was ready still took 20 minutes she was so rude asked for hit sauce and she threw it on top of my fries 2 people came back missing stuff from there orders and they were mad at customers for them not giving them there food giving everyone an attitude as if they were doing us a favor cashier was horrible ignoring people when they wanted to make an order be aware if u go there u are going to deal with some angry people
