I ordered from them via Uber when it got here to my surprise there was no condiments when I specifically ordered it. I even paid extra for it. I look more and there’s no sides -what the what. So I tried to call them and ask what in the world is going on. I must have called 20 times and no one picked up. You know it’s one thing to not follow simple directions of what is supposed to be on the order especially since it’s the one that has the biggest amount on the order but it’s a whole other thing to be unprofessional and not pick up your. Who cares how busy you are obviously someone’s is calling because of a reason. That’s just not professional and pretty much pathetic… going to Popeyes next time. I know they’ll get my order right and more importantly I know they’ll pick up my phone and hear me out if I’m not satisfied.

If you order online, the 8 PC chicken is $10. I went there and showed them the online would not let me place the order. Even tried using the KFC WiFi. They still wouldn’t give me the discount. Charging $25.99.
