Never had an issue here as a transit operator I stop here for lunch often, Angel is the best ,has patients and the GM Rosio is great-very kind very professional and provides great service and food is always hot and fresh even late nights do your self a favor and go

Never have issues here. They are nice and fast.
I love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes are always yummy.
The Georgia Gold tenders are so good. Not too spicy but good spicy.
Bucket of chicken always has a good portion of chicken.
The corn is yummy.
The chocolate is awesome and they have mini ones now.

The food is OK (if you actually receive what you order) but the service SUCKS!
Definitely, don’t order online. Better yet, don’t order here at all.
I was ripped off of food and sauces that were ordered online. They missed an entire five piece tenders meal and then when it was brought to their attention, served that tenders meal without the biscuit that’s supposed to come with it. No sauces were included with any of the meals although they were ordered through KFC’s app. While I caught the missing five-piece tenders meal, I didn’t catch the missing biscuit or the missing sauces until I got them home. Also, no apology for the missing but paid for food.
This KFC has been in this location for close to 60 years but it is not managed very well. I like KFC. Their chicken is fabulous and they also make fantastic cole slaw but after many years of going here, I won’t be coming back.
For me, that’s TRULY disappointing!

So slow. Bunch of customers waiting by the counter and the employees just ignores until the customer start saying “hello” multiple times. Always takes forever to give to go orders. Worst location to go to.!

The service, although quick, was absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through to get some chicken little sandwiches (bc they’re easy to eat while driving). Got one of each flavor. The first one (honey mustard) was clearly made using the wrong some chicken (see photo) and was put together terribly. Very sloppy and messy. The second (Nashville hot) had NO hot sauce. The third (smokey BBQ) was the WORST put together sandwich I’ve ever seen. Plain NEGLECTFUL. I couldn’t even GET TO the sandwich without being covered in sauce (see other photo). If you want sloppy, no-effort, but fast food, eat here.

Awesome, New Management/Associates, I was craving for something tasty before going back home,, stopped by, Ordered the Nashville hot tenders, Combo #11 cooked to perfection, tossed with special Nashville sauce (blend of fine powder spices and chillies and a dash of oil) sliced dill pickles, pared with a sweet lightning mountain dew, slightly butter flavor biscuit and french fries,, I have to mention that after long time before (and after Covid-19 restrictions) this place is like new beginning,, they keep everything clean and neat,.

I haven’t had any KFC in years. I only swung by for lunch because of their $5 fill ups, of which I selected the Nashville hot tenders (upcharge) option. They were super crispy, yet juicy. However, I went there with low expectations and even still, the flavor just did not cut it. The tenders tasted like extremely oiled up chicken (’cause they were) with some cayenne and paprika sprinkled and smeared on the breading. I just visited Nashville, and I’m sure Nasvillians would concur that these should be banned everywhere, especially in their state. Asking for a sauce for dipping might have barely helped. The biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy were decent, and the chocolate chip cookie was edible after I heated it up myself in a toaster oven. I can see why there was no wait in the drive through. On the plus side, service was pretty quick, but I wish the dear lady would have smiled.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the entire KFC team in Des Plaines, for supporting us in donating some delicious chicken and sides for one of our Make-A-Wish celebrations! We celebrated our wish child last week who had asked for a puppy and in the midst of getting everything ready for the grand reveal, I stopped by the store and they kindly donated food towards our cause. The celebration was a success and we feel so grateful to your entire team at KFC! #payitforward A caring heart makes the difference. It started from the kindness of the manager’s heart. THANK YOU!

Ive never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant, I paid for my food after ordering in the drive thru, and I was told to go around front, ok no biggie. Then comes the 20 minute wait, after everyone else in the parkinglot has been served. The guy who told us he was going to get our food sent out an employee who told us it was her first day, she wasn’t told what car it was for so we, THE CUSTOMER, had to check to make sure the stuff was there, it looked like the right order so, we left. Then we get home and realize, they forgot the fried pickles, this place is truly not in order, would never recommend to anyone craving kfc, just go to Popeyes or something, truly unreal, truly unsatisfactory, and truly an abomination of a place.
