I saw the 10 pc drums and thighs special for $33 but I didn’t want the whole deal so I asked if I could just get a 10 pc bucket of just drums and thighs plus cole slaw. It came to $30. Seemed like a lot. I asked about it and she explained the cost so I paid it. After I left I looked up the menu and discovered an 8pc deal similar for $20. I wish the worker would have suggested this. And what’s up with not giving the customers their receipts or at least asking if they’d like the receipt???

After visiting this location for the third time, it’s become clear to me as to why I don’t see as many of this brand anymore. As it stood, I didn’t get the correct style of chicken in our order (ordered extra crispy and got original. Told them about it and they told me it was correct), also had a “gravy flight” that had their standard brown gravy, a decent sausage gravy, and what tasted like gas station nacho cheese sauce that they were calling a “cheese gravy” (not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t that). If you want a consistent fried chicken that tastes good, there are better places to go.

Ordered ahead by 1 hour. Only to come at exactly my pick up time and be told that I had to wait 9 more minutes for my order. The staff had no sense of urgency and didn’t even greet me. I had to make myself known at the register so they would actually come and greet me. I waited more than 15 mins for my order. If you come and see younger staff working walk back out they don’t have any sense of urgency and take their damn sweet time

Went here on a Sunday at noon. Maybe 1 car in the parking lot. Service was slow and food was terribly made. I should of have just left waiting for over 15 minutes even though there was only 1 customer. Fries was stale and nasty and the twister wrap was horribly made. No bacon, Ice was out of order. There is NO effort what so ever at all from any of the employees. This place is literally a dump. If this is a franchise own KFC the owner need to be investigated and shut it down or worst if it’s corporate owned they should just get rid of it.

This place is a scam!!! I used a coupon for $4.99 and was charged over $7.50 total…how in the world is tax 50% of the total cost??? I asked why it was so high and the cashier just joked it off and said “prices are crazy these days” -nah, y’all out here scamming people these days!!! When I asked for a receipt this man had the nerve to hand me the receipt with the bag, then sneakily snatched the receipt back thinking I didn’t notice…but I DID!!! I just didn’t feel like arguing over $2.55
I will never in my life go back to that place!!!

Haven’t had KFC in years but stopped by for their Chicken Pot Pies on the recommendation of a friend, yummy! Flaky crust on a fair amount of chicken vegetable goodness. At $5 each you can’t beat it for a satisfying meal on the cheap.

This location is by far notorious for lesser portions on orders filling containers 1/2 to 3/4 full ans getting about 3/5 order right in terms of expected quality as the last order i had the chicken was dry, the coleslaw was dry ( all cole no slaw), and the potatos containers were around 3/4 normal (as compared to the blaine location near lowes)
