Stopped after work to get a pretty large order. No other person waiting to order but me. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me during that entire time. A few workers looked at me but did not say a word. Decided to leave at that point and give my money to another establishment. Such poor service.

Was charge double by accident which wasn’t the issues and they said they couldn’t do refunds okay cool. Come back next day and get some more food. Showed up told them what was said the day before and asked for a specific person who was told to us. Was met with rudeness. My husband tried de-escalating the attitude but she continued so he said the obvious I was told to come by and get food and I’m not asking for hand outs. Your staff messed up the night before and we didn’t fight and argue over extra 20$. We usually come once a month but definitely not coming to this location again. We got our food luckily no spit but she gave us the smallest pieces she could find lmao.

They are serving mold at this location, I ordered the Mac & cheese bowl and my first bite just didn’t taste right so I looked a little harder and noticed mold in my food. I called this location to let them know, and they said they disposed of all of the cheese they had so they were aware after the fact, but clearly not looking while they’re making your orders. I was offered a free meal on my money back and to be honest I didn’t want any food from them again.

I doordashed and it was hot still! Everything was delicious. For the pricing, they give a lot of food and it did not disappoint. The chicken mash potato needs more gravy but that’s why I order more on the side. Overall, can’t go wrong with getting a quick fast meal here.

One of the service people was arguing with a customer about coupon and the customer left angry. The same lady who was arguing with the customer completely ignore me and start talking another coworker until I say , excuse me can you take my order please. The potato wedges was so dry and cut small I just throw them out when I get Home.

We were the only ones in the drive-thru so our food was fresh. I show pics of the outdoor seating if that is your thing. Loved the new fries and chicken sandwich. Definitely in my top three of fast food chicken sandwichs.
