(Editing my review. I didn’t realize I was reviewing the GB one instead of my local one in Marinette). This KFC just doesn’t stack up the same way as our local one. They were terribly slow, the food was definitely NOT fresh, and the teenagers working there had so much attitude it wasn’t funny. I came through on drive thru and it took them 6minutes to acknowledge me and another 17 to get my food. Then, they got my entire order wrong. It took another 5 minutes to get my order back correctly. I will say that the manager did the right thing by immediately taking over the making of my order herself and made sure it was correct this time (though the food still wasn’t as fresh as I would like) and she threw in a free (soggy) side of potato wedges for my trouble. That doesn’t really negate the fact that it took me 35 minutes from entering their parking lot to leaving it… to get 5 chicken little sandwhiches minus the pickle and a (flat) soda. I am VERY unimpressed. It wasn’t even busy. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot and another 3 (including me) in the drive line. Not okay guys. Not okay at all. I will never visit this store again.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered for delivery. Their oven was “broken” and thus couldn’t make the pot pies. Instead of contacting me they decided to substitute with another item. I was never informed of this until. I drove 25 minutes across town to speak with someone, since they decided to not answer the phone any of the 5 times I called. One of the employees loudly asked another what “what his malfunction is”. They employee said that since it was a door dash order that they were unable to refund my order. There was not other offer for resolution, instead she took my order from me and handed me a piece of paper with a phone number scribbled on it and told me to call the number. I did not receive my money or my food. Everyone was insanely rude and disrespectful not to mention unhelpful.

I went to the drive through, only to be told they had no chicken, while employees were outside smoking!!!! When they do have chicken, the employees treat you like you are annoying them…. Interrupting time in their cell phones. I will never go back. The time I did get chicken it was a little rare and greasy! The whole time employees smoking outside. Employees going in and out of cars in the parking lot. Drug deals? They all had their little bags!

DON’T BUY LONG JOHNS SILVERS here!! You have been warned. I should have checked to see if there were any reviews. (Still haven’t looked yet). Fish, shrimp, hush puppies, chicken taste like they are cooked in the same OLD grease. Thank God for the mashed potatoes and slaw, they are prepackaged and hard to foul up. I ordered 2 fish combo meals and an 8 piece chicken meal. Fish over cooked, shrimp(That was in one of the fish combos) over cooked as well. Chicken was good(greasy, but that is normal for KFC). One good thing was the politeness of the workers, super nice. The manager/owner need to have some pride in their business. If the food being served like ours, it should not leave the back. I would rather throw it away, return any money to the patrons, and stop selling til the issues are resolved.

The cashier was the best! So funny and so nice! Once I got my food I saw that one of my hush puppies was not fully cooked and they had forgotten my cookie. After asking for a new hush puppy and my cookie I received exactly what I needed and smiles! I would definitely go back!

This Kentucky fried on main Street in Green Bay that east side of Green Bay is very dirty a bunch of people behind the counter goofing around laughing out loud giggling not wiping off tables are cleaning the floor or the garbage and the windows were dirty it was a bad experience I really did not want to eat in there but I wanted to make sure my food look decent that I could eat it. Someone should look at the situation and straighten it out. It looks like black people have taken it over at which is fine but they sure don’t want to keep it clean so I can’t imagine what happens to the handling of food. It was disgusting I exchanged one piece of chicken and it didn’t look like it should be eaten by anybody. Sorry that it is so bad. Used to be a good place

Long waits, slow service, food quality was beyond horrible, even for a KFC. Doors look like they were broken into, dining area is small and always filthy, and the drive through is setup where your pretty much guaranteed to hit the curb when going to the window.
I get that management cleared house and got rid most of the lazy, bad attitude employees, but it doesn’t mean much when this store has been this bad for over 2 straight years.

Awful experience. My debit card was charged 4 times for one transaction and was told, “Ain’t nothing I can do about it…” when I called to rectify the situation. Had to dispute the extra charges with my credit union. Good food but not worth the trouble and complete lack of accountability for an error on their part. Customer service skills are nonexistent. Boo!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Workers are rude and lack customer service skills. I usually go to the kfc on the other side of town but this one was more convenient today. When I got my box I was told I could not have extra crispy (when I was prior going to order it online from them), I was also told that my only side choice was mashed potatoes and gravy (when online I had all of the options). You could hear the attitude in the lady working the window. My drive home was less than a minute and once I got home to eat my food, the chicken was completly soggy and more fat then chicken, the mashed potatoes were barley warm. Would not recommend this place at all!
