I ordered 2 sides of mac and cheese. I questioned the young woman about the portion. The price was about $6.50 and I bought 2. She immediately had an aggressive tone and snatched one out of my hand and told me she gave me “2 scoops”.
I do not care about a 2-scoop policy. The portion is an absolute joke. If KFC is truly giving customers 4oz of Mac and cheese and calling that a large for $6.50, then the business deserves to go under. As far as the young passive aggressive female… she is lucky that she works in south Milwaukee. Anywhere else, she may have been slapped for the way she grabbed my food.

Similar to other comments. I have been to this location a couple of times and each time it seems they are out of chicken. last time they said all we have are a couple of thighs and drums and that is all. very bizarre definitely a first to experience a fast food location being out of their product. i ended up going somewhere else since they did not have the chicken strips i wanted.

Make sure to write down your order so they cannot screw it up!!! I ordered 4 pc. Meal with coleslaw and mashed potato, where is the bisquit that comes with it? And no gravy for the potato!!! Never again!!!!!!

Exellent place if you like to be treat it like garbage. Worst customer service ever. Last week they short me and order and refuse to make the wedge, employee told me come tomorrow. Keep in mind it was 6 pm.
Today I order online they didn’t have the chiken little. She told me to take it shor or cancel it completely. I order mach potatoes because I got mouth surgery today. I give up and told her sure just give me the mach potatoes. She got mad and when she served it she shot throw it to the counter.

This specific location is literally the worst KFC I’ve ever seen. I’ve been traveling the country for 20 years and I’ve been to multiple KFC’s and multiple different states, And this is legitimately the worst one. No exaggeration whatsoever the last five times I’ve been there they told me they’re out of chicken. Like what? you’re out of the only product you sell!? That’s crazy. Honestly, I don’t think they’re out of chicken. They just have terrible employees who don’t want to cook anymore.. To the owners, please do everyone in the city of South Milwaukee and Cudahy a favor and close your restaurant down please. Y’all seriously have no clue how to run a successful restaurant. BEST CHICKEN EVER! You should definitely eat at this place. We had the original recipe of the chicken, and it tasted and looked so good! Me and my family loved it a lot. Horrible experience went ther 2 times in a week 1st time I went they had no chicken or sides they said, how does a chicken place not have chicken.
2nd time I door dashed it, orders a bbq chicken sandwich a couple side and a drink. When I got it ther was not sandwich just 2 thighs that look like they have been sitting for hour they were dry and gross. My drink was no where near what I wanted, and I got none of my sides or extra sauce I wanted. So pretty disappointed with kfc and unfortunately will not be eating there again.

Okay, I have to be honest last year and even beginning of this year, we hated this location. We love KFC and this is the closest to us so we pretty have much no choice but to order here. I ordered online before and they said my order is ready so I head out just to find out that it’s not ready yet and they told me to wait in my car. I waited for 10 minutes and nothing so I went back in and they had me wait for another 15 minutes like are you kidding me? We even joke one time that we will head out 15-20 minutes so we don’t have to wait lol. Then 1 time my bf ordered the chicken and they ran out. Like what? How could you ran out of your main product?

They have redeemed themselves LOL Having a great employees makes a difference. Now when we order online the food is ready in 5 minutes and I personally tested yesterday and ordered on the drive thru to see how fast they can get me my order and ta da They have the chicken and even offered if I want extra crispy! How amazing! Good job guys! Keep it up. Thank you KFC for your delicious chicken and deals!

Crappy Crappy Crappy!!! To be all the way out in Cudahy, this place gave me “Hood vibes” that I leave out of the “Hood” to avoid!!! Waited 25 minutes for chicken to be cooked and expedited, unfriendly customer service, and no courtesy for the inconvenience of waiting for “Fast Food!”
When returning for my order after making a “Few” runs in the area to give them time to work it up, I returned to “waiting” and when I asked for a free drink to make it all more tolerable I was told by an employee that they “didn’t think that they were allowed to do that.” To top it off, the chicken was browned and needed the airfryer to make it right
So this Im going to make be my last review of fast food for this year and the one to come! Im honestly going to give the hardest Fight of my life to give up giving my money to any fast food industry because its time out for disappointment that actually requires me to pay hard earned cash for it

I went to this KFC, I thought it was just me so I came home to read the reviews, because I couldn’t believe that I was the only one getting awful service, today they couldn’t take cash, they’re not pleasant. The lady at the window is not a pleasant person. She says pull around tells you your amount. I didn’t hear not one. Thank you. I did not hear. Not one come again. In fact, I think I even missed the smile…… Everyone should not work in customer service and this is one of those places…
