We went there and the original chicken was dry. It was old chicken pass it’s time. They ran out of biscuits! I don’t understand how that can happen. When I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. They could not substitute anything for it. The extra crispy chicken was alright. KFC has gone down hill. Nothing tastes the same. I was a former employee at a KFC, I know about the quality.

Food was fresh and good. Drive through went quick for us. I was surprised to see how different KFC was in America for selections as well as the gravy recipe and skin recipe different than what I was used to in Canada, never expected to be trying mashed potatoes or biscuits at a KFC! Went through the drive through and the woman was quite rude and not helpful. They did not give us the receipt, or our drink, and messed up the order. We also only went because our grandmother really wanted it and obviously we’re very disappointed.

We went through drive thru 20 minutes before closing. Asked for original bucket. They told us they didn’t have any breasts and gave us extra wings and drumsticks. Got home and most of the bucket was crispy. 2 pieces of original. Why do they not offer to cook fresh per order late, if you are willing to wait? Sad, there were 2 cars behind us. Could tell the biscuits had been sitting around a while. Not impressed at all.
