I recently tried the curry goat (pictured is a large) and it was absolutely amazing. The goat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, served alongside rice and beans, plantains and a small salad. What made the experience even better was the warm and welcoming service. I arrived when they were closing and not cooking anymore. However, they had meat pies left so I purchased one – thought about two, but just got one. Got the beef meat pie. Worst thing ever. The filling was mushed “something” with no flavor.

Food was BOMB!!! Came a little after they opened. They had juicy fresh jerk chicken and rice and peas. Chef even made fresh veggie patties for my vegetarian parents. 10/10. Will definitely have them cater Christmas. Best Jamaican food close to home. Normally have to drive to LA for it.

Great spot! Clean store, friendly service, and delicious food. The jerk chicken, oxtail, goat curry, patties, mac & cheese, rice & peas, and the veggies have all been solid. Only thing is I wish there was a soda fountain!

Please stand clear of this place, they are hostile and rude to their customers. I didn’t receive any oxtails for my plate that I ordered, called to let them know and was hung up on and he was extremely argumentative.

I ordered the fried chicken. It was not fried at all the batter was all soggy like it was just warmed up in a microwave. I gave it to my dog cos I couldn’t even. I got the meat pie and that was the only thing edible. The rice and beans was good too. I waited 20 minutes for such an awful dish and paid $18. Save yourself your money and go to LA
