Went to get a chicken pot pie. They just sold the last one! I was asked if I would not mind waiting while they made me one? It would take 15 minutes. I said sure I would wait. It took about 15 minutes. I did not time it. I had finished my medium drink before it was done, though. Even though they were preparing to close, they accommodated me.

Went through the drive tru. We got service right away and as soon as we got to the window our food was ready to go. Note; it was also correct and delicious. Nothing was cold, it was all hot/warm. Definitely will be coming back!

Ordered 2, orders of the 10 piece nuggets that are advertised for $5 for 10 pieces, my bill was $13.65 – when I asked at the window why the extra $3, they had no explanation but said it could be because I was getting the dipping sauce, I said forget the sauce (grandkids don’t like it anyway) and they said it was $6.35, and I said but the advertisement says $5, with tax it should be $5.25 so why the extra $1, again no explanation. And they will only take exact change or CC, they don’t give back change, what’s up with that?

Privacy is a Legal Issue
Today 5/7/23 I made my third attempt to visit this KFC that just opened in Watertown, and I’m sadly disappointed, because I was desperately looking forward to eating KFC again. Our first visit a few months ago was greeted with an incredible 1 hour wait. The second visit was again greeted with a long wait but unfortunately could not wait for the order so I left the line. Our visit tonight was again an extremely long wait and this time the fries were cold and hard the nuggets were not fresh and neither was the chicken leg. I could tell that all the chicken products had been sitting under the warm lights since noon and it was now 6 pm oh I forgot to mention they gave me the smallest chicken leg I have ever seen. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that had a bun with a bite mark on it…Gross!! Plus they didn’t give me any sauce!!! 30 pieces of nuggets and no dang sauce!!! I went back to take my order to get a refund but the doors were locked and I didn’t want to wait in the drive thru for another hour because then my fries would have been cement! I am sorry but please hire someone to boss and show them how to hustle. Never going back! You didn’t earn the one star I gave you and want to give you negative infinity ♾️ stars.

Very disappointed, wanted to order two piece meal was told they had no white meat pieces, this was at 1:00 in the afternoon. I opted for 3 piece tenders, with side of sweet corn and biscuit. The tenders were tough and dry like they had been under a light for hours . The corn was ok and the biscuit which I love was like day old. I didn’t say anything but wish I had. It seemed like they were trying to get rid of what ever was in the heaters from the noon rush.

Whether going through the drive through, stopping inside or ordering online first, there always seems to be a disconnect or miscommunication that leads to waiting a long time. Some of the folks are apologetic and polite about this but there’s some that are just snappy and have a terrible attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to stop in and consistently get great chicken in a reasonable amount of time and that’s rarely the case.

I really wanted to give this place a second chance. We were at drive-up for several minutes waiting, so I finally said “Hello”. Someone did answer they would be with us in a “sec”. I ordered by reading straight from their board. Wanted a family meal. He apparently put in an 8-pc basket and was asking for sauce right away, and then drinks. I said it doesn’t come with drinks, I don’t think. When I asked if I could order my sides, he figured out what was going on and he had the wrong item. Finally, when we got everything totaled, she said $31.??. I said it. tells me right here it is $26.?? or $18.??. She said if I looked online, it’s different. I

If I could give it a zero I would! The most UNPROFESSIONAL people work there. When I drove to the drive thru to order a worker named Braiden proceeded to make noises and say “Michael jackson” while he was waiting for me to order. Once I pulled up to grab my food, I was told I would have to wait for my fries, I told them I did not want to wait and did not want a substitute. Yet Braiden still swiped my card charging me for the full amount. When I pointed out that he over charged me he proceeded to throw his hands up and roll his eyes. I then stated I wanted a refund, and was told by both him and a manager that they could NOT refund me my money and that I had to call the 1-800 number. When I called the 1-800 number I was told I should have been refunded at the restaurant. I would strongly NOT recommend this place of business!

Ordered online, was 5 minutes late and they didn’t start my order,ok fine. After 20 minutes they finally did. Then tell me they’re out of biscuits!! Seriously!!! Then we get to the lights and the fries are seriously cold and gross,it’s a 15 minute drive home. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! And not just cooled cuz if the drive,but COLD LIKE THIS FOOD SAT FOR HOURS COLD!! The chicken strips were hard and rubbery. It’s been 8yrs since I’ve had KFC, gonna be 8 more before I try AGAIN !!

I want this place to succeed. The poor service – an hour wait and didn’t get my food because I had to go back to work. Very poor attitudes among staff. Customers were tracking the food orders because the staff kept getting it wrong.
