I’ve walked into this store and was honestly appalled by what I’ve seen. The way that the employees are rude to each other was disgusting. No “please”. No “thank you”. No “excuse me”. Just rude “move” or “stay over there” or just downright rude comments to each other. Quite a bit of cussing. Chicken was mediocre, kinda mushy on the skin, even for the original chicken. Not sure who the manager is, but they need to keep a better house so to speak. I’ve worked in fast food in my days and I’ve never seen such a crude environment towards fellow employees. Utterly unprofessional to demand someone to move or not even say common manners. Not sure how old some of the employees are, but I know I wouldn’t like to be talked to like a 1st grader. Very disrespectful.

Haven’t stopped here for a while. This place is filthy dirty. Tables weren’t clean, floor was cluttered with trash. Several employees playing on their phones. Chicken was so greasy and tasted as bad. Girl in back with long ponytail just bouncing with every step. How do they pass inspections? Used to get 2pc Chicken dinners with 2 sides, now only get 1 side. Several tables didn’t get their orders right. Another came in with her order wrong. Don’t know who is managing this place, obviously no one. Highly disappointed, won’t be back.

Place needs training at all fronts. Taking the order, making the food correctly and making sure all the food gets put in the bag correctly. If a customers asks for a receipt it’s best to not mouth off loud enough for for him to hear. Love me some Tacobell but this one needs some help.

Walked in and there was 1 table with guests, dirty tables And had to wait to order about 2 or 3 minutes while 2 ladies talked about photos on one of their phones. Another young lady walked out of the back and finally come to take our order. Chicken wasnt fresh at 1:40 pm . You would think if they have time to stand around and play on phones, it would’ve been clean and fresh. No reason to come back to this store.
P.s. watched an older lady warn her granddaughter about the wet spots on the floor so she didn’t fall. Left there, no warning, lawsuit waiting to happen there

KFC in Mount Pleasant is doing well! The atmosphere here is usually light and the people are usually polite. They are definitely doing better than McDonald’s across the street. People seem to be coming here more than McDonald’s now. The drive thru and dining room is pretty quick in service even though they sometimes have less help. If you want better service than McDonald’s look no farther than KFC across the street 🙂
