Drive thru today. Customer service was great. Cashier smiled and knew what she was doing. Person in front of me ordered things a little different from the menu and Person taking order repeated it as they said they had wanted it and the got the order out for them in a very timely manner. Even with the special ordering. We asked for place settings for our meal and without hesitation was given 5 place settings so we could go eat at the park with plates and silverware since we ordered the meal and they even remembered napkins. Great visit all around

Chicken looked gross, and we asked for large sides 16 piece and 20 fill up box no box hour behind turned people away.
It’s not the fault of the manager. The girl was messing up orders, the fry cook , and the rush of online orders, so they cared more about them than customers in the store.
Plus the door dash we want it now wait like rest of us. Then, he started turning people away and talked about rude they will not come back.

Ordered a delivery order on 8/9, didn’t receive the biscuits that was supposed to come with, the chicken was extremely greasy and the grease was visibly old and gave the meat a nasty taste. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The return interaction with management did not go well and their corporate policy is repugnant.
I logged a formal complaint with Corporate and I will be calling the states Attorney General!
Outrageous prices for food that can literally kill you!!!

This is the dirtiest store I have ever been in. First thing, I ordered my meal and went to insertmy debit card Into the credit card machine. There was sticky stuff all over it. Then the employee waiting on me turned my drink rim down and slid it accross the counter at me. I asked for a replacement that had not been dragged across that dirty counter. I went to get my drink and the tea containers had pink sticky stuff all over the front of them. The table tops were dirty the seats were dirty. I was stupid enough to still eat my order, but I got out of there as fast as I could. I will never go in that place again.
