To be avoided at all cost. Come to think of it, people already know as we were the only ones there at 6pm. The food was terrible; the chicken was probably leftover from the day before and the same goes for the fries. They were looking for new staff but my guess is that it will be short term employment.

Bad customer service, when we was in the drive through the employee ask what can I help you with today and my brother told him it will be just a moment still deciding so another employee came on ask is there anything you are looking for and we just told them to give us a moment we still deciding. I feel like they where rushing us and that is unprofessional, you can’t rush customers to order food. I’m still in shock……we stopped at KFC 8/19, around 8:25pm, after a bad experience at Popeyes down the street, we walked in and there was a man and women at the counter, they turned around to leave and said “after standing here for 20 minutes they said they are out of chicken” WHAT!!??

The lady in the front didn’t catch her name I’d say maybe 40’s in age with a tattoo on her neck gave us amazing customer service and was very nice. Their new menu especially those nuggets are top notch and man those fries.

If I could give no stars, I would. Since when is it ok to close before you’re actually suppose to close when you have customers in line waiting to order. That’s very unprofessional of the manager. She needs to be fired. Losing the business money because you want to close early.

As a trucker I love this place. They allow truck parking for both dining and overnight parking even if you’re staying at the hotel across the street. The staff and managers, like Angel, are super friendly and very supportive of truckers. Thank you KFC Sioux City south.

The inside wasn’t open I walked to this location from the truck stop across the street and was not able to eat because I drive a semi truck and can’t go thru the drive thru. Makes zero sense to me to not have the inside open because it doesn’t take anymore staff or energy to take my order at the counter or in the drive thru.
