I gave this KFC one more try. I shouldn’t have. The service was slow, they got the order wrong and the food was awful. We got the chicken nuggets. They were just burnt and hard. Not sure there was even chicken in them. The kids wouldn’t even eat them. Don’t waste your money on their food.

Wish no stars was an option. I’ve always had great experiences with kfc, even if they ever made a mistake it was done with appropriate appreciation. Whomever the manager is now has a horrible tone and attitude. I’ve dealt with customer service for numerous years as a waitress. Must’ve been embarrassing yelling to get rest of the legs I asked for after paying little over $50 for my families meal while having customers inside.

I’m giving 3 stars specifically because of manager Maddy. I simply requested a small side of gravy to dip my tenders in and she was snarky when the cashier asked her how to “ring up” my request. Maddy expected me to purchase a side of gravy for $2.89. A small side to dip tenders in is customer service Maddy. I travel throughout Michigan and other KFC’s are gracious. I’ll skip this location on my next visit through Newago.

Extremely slow service. Sloth speed. Get cozy because you will be in line for at least 20-30 min. BUT that being said, the staff was super friendly. My food was hot. And I wasn’t in a hurry to go anywhere so all in all, I’m happy.

The 40-50ish dirty blonde female in drive thru is rude and hasty. Smashes your change into your hand and is impatient. It feels like she’s throwing food at you. Her fake attempt at being cordial is so transparent you can see the real contempt that’s thinly veiled under all that. I’m not coming back any more, I don’t like being a bother to her.

Ordered online and they refused to pass it through the window. Said I had to come inside. I asked her why wouldn’t they and she said “they usually don’t ” that doesn’t even definitively answer the question. One car was at the window and thats it. Super lazy people. Then she points to where I get my food from. I grab it and it says my name. She trys to stop me on the way out saying it wasn’t my order. Which clearly it was. Why? You going to do something to my food? We won’t be back!!!!

Our party of 10 arrived just a wee before the lunch rush. Even though the seating area was full as well as a line to the order, the gent behind the counter quickly handled every order. It was surprising how quickly everyone had their food. I found the chicken a little greasy but the rest of my order was fast food 1st class. I will return to the inside of this restaurant again when they reopen after their remodel. Their drive-through will remain in service during the remodeling.
