Been here many times. Last visit I was noticing a drop in quality of service. It has only gotten worse. Cashier couldn’t take the time to hear our order. She was too busy talking with friend about outside of work activities. I had to remind her my order wasn’t finished. “Suzie” on receipt.

I went in with a group of 7 on a Saturday night. The restaurant was decently busy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My chicken tenders tasted kind of dry but other than that our food was good! I wish I had caught the name of the staff member who was wiping tables she was especially friendly & even complimented me on my dress!

Very clean establishment. The worker at the counter was very respectful and courteous. He offered military discounts and said “thank you for your service”. This is probably the best KFC I’ve been to. I recommend this establishment. The cleanliness and great customer service is truly exemplified here.

I tried the spicy chicken mac and cheese bowl. It cost about $5. It was actually pretty good to be honest. The only complaint I have is that they used pieces of “chicken” that were pretty much only breading. Only had a few tiny pieces of chicken in it. The flavor was great though. I’d get it again.

We love the food here but you do need to double check things. On my occasions missing items, things made incorrectly, old product, or very small pieces of chicken for now high prices. Managers here like to argue with customers especially the older woman manager.

Got the new nuggets meal the other day they look crunchy and crispy on the poster they are soggy and tasteless was definitely excited to try them also my fries were soggy and cold usually this location Has way better service used to be my fav fries ♀️ I should of cooked at home if I wasn’t so sick KFC sauce is recommended def recommend to try KFC sauce but disappointed in the soggy nuggets
