Oh boy. I should have checked the reviews first…went there because my kids got a coupon for free sandwiches. Get there, order and pay. Then I realize he charged me for our free sandwiches. When I tell the cashier he charged me, said he could give me two extras, or have to refund the whole meal. I give him a break and just take two extras. Then I drive home to realize we are missing our mac and cheese. I figure I will stop back later and let them know…..but our food was so awful I decided it wasn’t worth it. Fries were so salty they were gross. Chicken sandwiches were so hard and rubbery I ended up throwing it away. Considering what I paid for our food, I felt completely ripped off. Will not be back.

I was told I had to pick up my order online okay no big deal. I get inside and tell them I’m here for a mobile order. The cashier looks at me and then looks at the mobile order station. I’m thinking in my head okay it’s fine no big deal. I grab my food and start heading out the door. On my way out the cashier tells me to have a good day. Little did they know I would be back very soon. On my way back to my house I had a gut feeling I was missing something. I check my bag and sure enough no dipping sauces for my food. I drive back and head inside and at this point I’m past asking. I walk in and grabbed the sauces off from their counter and went on my happy way. No biggie, right? Well that could be said until I got home and discovered that my chicken tenders meal looks like a chicken finger meal from BK. Oh yeah and my biscuit was mauled before it was put into my box by someone who must of been pretty hungry. KFC for the L.

First we pull up and order. Lady didn’t hear us so we ordered again even after she was rude to us. As she was completing our order another person took over and he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. We had to then repeat our order. Then he gave me the wrong drink. Then the fries were the saltiness fries ever. Like unedible without brushing some off. My friend with me even loves salt and asked for salt packets but she didn’t use them and had to also take salt off her fries.

I went in stood around for ten minutes listening to the employees laughing and talking in the back, two of them made eye contact with me but never came up to the counter. My mother and I sat in the vehicle waiting for almost 45 minutes we had two separate orders, they did not separate our orders and they had people after us done first. I’m not one to usually complain but if you can’t get 5 people’s orders done in a timely matter stop taking other orders and focus on what was already paid for!!! All together it was $75 worth of food we ordered and they didn’t get it right.

This has to be the worse fast food place in big rapids!! An hour wait for mac and cheese. The chicken on the sandwich wa gross and hard couldn’t even bite pieces off of it! Fry’s were cold! This is the exact reason why I never go to this KFC!
