I am furious with the service I received yesterday. I had a mobile order that was ready for pick and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to get my order until I showed proof that my name was on the order I showed them the order number and they refused it said that it had to physically have my name on it and demanded that I show my ID just to pick up food that is harassment and I will not stand for this it is against the law to demand to see someone’s ID if you are not a police officer and not buying tobacco or alcohol products I will be filling a harassment charge against the staff.

Stopped inside to get food to go. There were only two people sitting in the dining area. The emplyee managing the drive-thru window said someone would be with you shortly. I had no more interactions for the next 11 minutes. I walked out and drove around to see how full the drive-thru was at that time. There were only two cars in line at that time.

Ordered dark meat paid for our meals went and sat down then they came and told us it would be 25 minutes to cook. Said forget it just refund our money and we were told that they don’t give refunds. Should have told us upfront they didn’t have what we wanted and we would have gone elsewhere. Will never go to KFC in Sturgis Michigan again.

Just left sturgis KFC to get food for my family. Got all the way home which is a 15 minute drive to find out i didnt get any gravy with my mashed potatoes. All my sides were about half full and the meal cost $42. Wont be visiting this place again.

Dirty environment, absolutely trash. I took an order for dashing at around 650 pm pick up was around 7 after waiting till 742!!!! I canceled the order because they kept laughing and joking and being inappropriate! I have YouTube footage on IOS Zesty YouTube and will continue to report problems
