Decided to order KFC for family dinner VIA the app. We picked it up in the drive through. We started to leave as I checked the order. We turned around once I realized they forgot Mac & cheese and I got the wrong sandwich. We pulled back up to the speaker and let them know. A guy came over the speaker and started arguing with me “yeah a #13 that’s what you ordered”. I didn’t order a combo, so I said “No sir I ordered just an original sandwich, not spicy.”. “Fine come to the window.” We asked if we could order even MORE food which we shouldn’t have after his attitude, but we wanted more sides once we realized we got small ones. Got back up to the window and they gave us the new bag of food. We asked the lady if she needed the original bag back just in case it was someone else’s pickup order. She rolled her eyes at us and said “uhm no”. So we drive home. Open the chicken and it literally looks like someone ate off it all & it’s so nasty. I’m talking nasty gooey uncooked not cleaned pieces of chicken. The biscuits are so hard we couldn’t even cut them in half. And we noticed we were missing nuggets (for my kids). So we call to complain. The man said that they were out of nuggets so they gave us extra chicken which we should “be happy about”. We explained the state of the chicken and he said “that’s not our doing”. And then followed it up with the BEST he can do is “give us free nuggets”. So we will be calling corporate and filing a claim for a FULL REFUND! I’ll add photos of what the chicken looked like right out of the box.

2nd edit… no mt. Dew and for the sake of god, put someone in charge of the cash register! Im standing here at the counter waiting for someone to take my order.. money laying on the counter. Employee just looked at me and my money and walked away.
Had to stop someone, she said thet are slammed today for some reason, but as you see from my reviews that this is a reacuring problem.
Edit… stood a counter again today waiting on someone to come take my order. Didnt get a spoon or my mashed potatoes.
Stood at counter for 5 plus minutes waiting on someone to take my order because kiosk dosent have a cash option. They dont like taking any bill over a 20.
They did for me today, but told me they usually refuse them.
Chicken was good.

Had 1 really good experience here about a month ago so I thought we’d come back. This time however not good. Spent 50 bucks and 35 of it was wasted. First thing missing an entire sandwich and all the sauces including the syrup for the waffles. Second the food I did get was either old or undercooked. Literally chewy and hard. Had to throw away most of it. I have zero faith in KFC now. These people don’t care what they serve you. Management and ownership is responsible for this lack of quality control. They clearly don’t care either.

Some of the checking was very bloody.
They refuse to give me a refund of my money. So I left the bloody chicken there.
I will be contacting corporate after the weekend holidays.
My recommendations do not eat at this KFC location.

Ordered online and went thru to pick it up and was told they didn’t have an order for me and that I would have to go thru the app to get a refund. Then they told me to pull ahead and there wasn’t any cars behind me. So I went in and showed manager (I assume) it said “order ready to pick up” on my phone, after she ignored me and went to the restroom. Then she finally came to the counter and looked at my phone and said “Oh. It’s right here.” What awful service. And customer service is very poor as well

Biscuits were hard as a rock pay 20$ for a so called meal for 2 people but there’s a bite size container of potatoes n gravy and same with the coleslaw….. But they gave you 2 things of corn…. That was gross… Kfc used to be amazing… Not anymore though…

What happened to KFC ? Never left hungry before, not feeding the chickens with profit ? Smallest pieces of chicken ever, no spices, half a biscuit, half instant potatoes. Colonel must be rolling in his grave. Won’t be long, and it will go down the toilet like other restaurants. I’m done with KFC.

Terrible. They wouldn’t even try to honor our coupons any way shape or form. They claimed to not have enough extra crispy chicken on a Sunday afternoon. The guy acted huffy and irritated I actually wanted him to make more wings as if that’s not his job. I don’t often feel like I’m not wanted or welcome at a place that literally thrives on us, the customers. The chicken I did get was mediocre at best. Won’t be wasting my money at this one ever again.

DON’T RECOMMEND!!! Pure slop. My husband & I stopped here for some lunch (takeout) we ordered to fillup bowls & two honeybbw chicken littles. Neither one of the were fillup bowl were actual fillup bowls, (more-so a tease) the sandwiches didn’t have the bbq they just threw the sauce in the bag, and mashed potatoes were all over our food, yet none of the lids were off of the bowls. It was literally prepared that way. Not impressed that I paid $27 and some change and this is what I get.
