KFC Alma is pretty on par with the KFC experience at any of their franchises.
My dine in experiences have been much nicer than my mobile order experiences.
Dine in: I get what I ordered. Delicious, finger licking good.
Mobile Order: better check the bags before you leave. I have also found the mobile orders to be greatly reduced in quantity compared to dine in. Often times missing items completely.
The atmosphere can be hit or miss. It is well lit with plenty of windows. There is a cool large circular table in the front dining area with a large KFC bucket light overhead.
The floors and tables can get a bit sticky and greasy. Not always, but sometimes.
The restrooms are almost always super clean.
There are always plenty of tables or booths to choose from.
The service has always been friendly when we visit.

This KFC as a whole is decent. Service was fine, though the drive thru guy sounded half asleep, he forgot to give us straws and napkins AND they were out of mac and cheese…a half hour wait I don’t know why, isn’t it previously frozen anyway??
My biggest issue, and the loss of stars, has to do with the new packaging of their boxes it’s a big box with small amounts of food which makes for a mess when you open it up, both our boxes were this way (see pics). If that’s how your going to do them then just forget the fry container as they were ALL out of it anyway. The older style boxes were smaller but at least everything stayed together and wasn’t a mess when you got it.

I have been to this location many times and it foreseen to matter what day or when I go, they never have any chicken trans it wil be a wait. I don’t know if management isn’t properly training staff on how to keep a constant supply or what it is but I will be finding out elsewhere for chicken from now on. I gave it 3 chances and I’m done.

Showed up tonight to complete doordash orders, there were 2 dashers already waiting, 1 had been waiting for over an hour and the other for over 40 minutes, 2 people working, one of which was the manager and was just walking around with a clipboard trying to look busy. Pathetic, get your food elsewhere.

Rob, the gentleman I talked to was extremely rude and would not even work with me after they messed up our order. I ordered a family size mac & cheese to go with my daughter‘s meal and when she got there to pick it up, they said that we didn’t even have an order. Very, very disappointed.

Restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean. They actually have a person taking your order, so you don’t have to use the kiosk. Food was very hot and delicious! Good job KFC Alma Team!!

I was disappointed with this location all around when I visited last year. But it sounded good today for dinner so I thought I would give it a other chance. The experience was better this time, food was faster and got everything.

Friendly service. I’m that customer who ALWAYS asks for my food fresh to order so I love it when a KFC staff does not make a big deal out of it or tries to talk me into getting wings that came up not too long ago. My wings were made fresh to order, Hot, crispy, and fresh!!

We love coming to KFC and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The one in Alma is pretty good, restaurant was clean and staff were nice. Not to mention the bucket of pop was a cool perk lol. They even gave the kids free cookies which was a first for us.

1st let me say thank you for being open for dine in service. The cashier today was very very kind and sincere. We arrived at 12:00 noon. Not a single patron inside. I ordered first. 4 PC combo extra crispy. They didn’t have extra crispy available. Original was all they had . I agreed to original. The pieces of chicken were very old looking and small. Our total cost for the meal
3 persons was $37.06. Mashed potatoes were very bad. Im extremely disappointed.
