Spent $47 on chicken to get home most of it didn’t have breading on it. It was super greasy. I’ve never had a bad meal there till now. Then they said they put my money back on my card but they did not.. I will never go there again nor recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Truly disappointed with the service today! The women who took my order kept interrupting me while I tried to tell her what I was ordering. was very very rude & aggressive & would not let me just tell her what I wanted (I’ve been here a bunch of times & never had this issue! Now it was bad enough they had this very unpleasant old women working the window. They got my order wrong . I asked for one of the two famous bowls with out cheese JUST ONE WITH OUT CHEESE. Had to repeat & confirm that while ordering 2 times. & The famous bowls both did not have cheese – also asked for buffalo ranch & didn’t get any. If you want KFC just go to Mount pleasant at least they get orders right & are actually nice when being treated nice as well.

Went there for a 8 piece meal. They refused to fill my order. Said they could not do that. While I was standing there they filled 2 orders in the drive thru. They said they had online orders to fill first. Now mind you it’s 8:30 pm and they don’t close till 11pm. Guess they lost a customer I will not be back.

They always forget something. I’m so sick if it. Paying for food I don’t get or having my food half made. No cheese on the mashed potato bowl. No sides No sauce. I would use this only if you are starving and everywhere else is closed.
