I recently visited Kailea Hawaiian Ice and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The variety of flavors was incredible, with each one tasting vibrant and authentic. Sharp blades on their machine! The ice was perfectly shaved, resulting in a smooth and refreshing treat that melted delightfully on my tongue. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The tropical ambiance of the stand added to the overall charm. I highly recommend Kailea Hawaiian Ice for anyone looking to beat the heat with a delicious, high-quality shaved ice treat. Five stars all the way!

The best shaved ice! Everywhere else has chunky, crystal-ice snow cones. This is the actual soft, fluffy shaved ice that holds its flavor rather than having all the syrup sink to the bottom. I love getting the popping Boba on top (although I wish there were more!) and end up stealing my husband’s when he gets the vanilla ice cream added in.
Tables with umbrellas are provided so you can eat in the shade. Friendly, patient staff with a good playlist. We’re already planning our next visit!

The only way to survive this heat is with A.C, beer and shaved ice. This is a decent spot and the ladies that served us were chill. They didn’t have blackberry though. Blackberry with some sweet cream is what should be an option and what everyone should desire to have in their life. Just saying. I like this east side location though. Most importantly they were opened to bless us on the 4th of July.

Decent sugar free shaved ice. Got the sugar free Pina colada. I wasn’t blown away but it was alright. The snow isn’t as fluffy and light as other places (it really clumps together)

The flavor was good but the ice was packed too hard in a container that doesn’t work well for eating. If the container was an actual cup (drinking kind) and the ice is softer more fluffy it was have been even better! (We had to improvise using a lid in order to eat it….)

We ordered when no one was there. Waited like 10 minutes for 3 total which wasn’t terrible. Portions are stacked way too high and it makes it hard to eat without spilling. The flavors taste extremely artificial (I mean, that’s what they are, but this was just weird). When we were driving home, it felt like we have eaten glue because all of our mouths felt oily and sticky. Worst place to get a snow cone. Go somewhere else!

Great place for shaved ice! Staff is very friendly. I watched an interaction with a group of about 6 people last night, where two people were basically demanding free shaved ice. The girls working were friendly and professional through it all. Even after they closed, one kid was demanding free product, and the girls working handled it so well.

This place is awesome! Great flavors and great atmosphere! They have a ton of great flavor options to choose from and of course you can make your own! I went with half tiger’s blood and half mango with ice cream in the center and condensed milk on top. It was amazing. You should go there and try it out, you won’t be disappointed! Also, they don’t skimp you on the flavors which is something that bothers me about other shaved ice places. Additionally, the customer service was great! It’s family owned and operated and they couldn’t be nicer. As you can see in the pictures that there’s plenty of places to sit and all of the tables are very clean. They also play some good music and have misters going to cool you down.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience there and will be going back this weekend for a second helping!
