Haven’t been back here in months and will never go back. Not sure what happened but, the chicken is always always old. On my last visit I asked if I could get a fresh order of checked they told that a fresh one was coming right up actually. When I got home it literally was just refried chicken that’s was burnt and I could put the excess grease out of the box. After years of patronizing kFC I think my r with them is finally over. So sad because they have the flavor and seasonings but, none of that matters when they co to ur to use rancid overused grease. Save your money and your time. Go to Popeyes or anywhere else

All the chicken was hard . This was suppose to be original totally overcooked. The building was hot so you could cook it just by leaving it out . 20 minutes to get your food and 5 minutes before anyone took your order

The app has an item they dont have anymore and they were very nice and let me trade it out for another item. They were really nice about it 🙂 all the food was hot and fresh and you could tell they were working hard to keep up!

Just wow… To start with I nearly took a header on the greasy lobby floor. Then I was made to sit 20 minutes after my order was supposedly “ready”. As I watched numerous drive thru customers come and go. And a woman come in, complain to the manager, place an order and leave all while I stood watching. At no point was I ever greeted or even acknowledged as a person in this store, until I made a complaint about waiting. I expect some slowness out of KFC but this one really took the cake. Saginaw has a lot of chicken shops, look elsewhere…

The General Manager at this store is extremely awesome. Great service and hospitality she makes sure every guest is happy and receives the best service food was hot and fresh with no wait.
