I arrived to an empty drive through line and sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes with no one answering. I pulled up to the window to order (I should have taken the sign from above and just left) and was met with no apology or acknowledgment. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich with no pickle and a large Pepsi. The Pepsi was a medium and the sandwich had pickle. It also took 20 minutes, which is crazy at a fast food establishment at 1:30pm with no one else in line ahead of me or behind me. This is a very busy intersection with numerous fast food restaurants but this restaurant is the only one that’s consistently empty and it’s not hard to see why.

This is my last time going to this KFC I always go to this KFC and I always get old food I have never went to this place anytime of the day in the noon soon as you open it don’t matter you always get old food can a manager or whoever owned this place please see this and you need to like get in touch with me because I’m sick of paying my 13 to $30 for old food all the time. I came on my lunch break at 7pm, ordered 4 piece tender meal. They said it would be about 8 minute wait. I said that’s fine. I waited 25 minutes, almost my whole lunch break. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Probably one of the worst KFC locations I have ever been to. The employee was yelling at customers on the drive through speaker, none of the employees greeted anyone. The bathroom was disgusting, and a 45 minute wait to pick up a DoorDash order. I’ve been to better KFC’s on 8 mile. This location should close down or get someone in here to straighten this place out because the franchisee obviously doesn’t care about this place.

I just don’t understand how this place is a train wreck all 5-6 times I’ve been here. My order is never ready at the scheduled time at this location and staff is always yelling and frazzled. Go to the one off of Van Dyke, south of 59, if it’s not too far out of your way.

This is genuinely the worst KFC ever! I can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down yet. All the workers don’t even want to be there. We were having a great day until me and my family got yelled at on the intercom while ordering. Disgusting service and rude. I’d rather eat out of a dumpster than go here again.

I have been on the phone all morning to complain about the evening before and none will even answer the phone. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and shouldn’t be in the window talking to customers. She kept throwing a fit Everytime my mom and i asked a question. Kept sighing heavily and just talking with a attitude. We asked her for sauces and wipes since we were ordering 20 wings and she threw her hands up in the air and kept saying yeah yeah they will be in there. She straight up lied there was nothing we asked for in the bag.
Then the wings they gave us were so disgusting it wasn’t even funny. They were old cold and really hard. My grandma couldn’t even eat them they were so hard. For a company that is advertising 20 wings for 20$ you would think they would have fresh wings on tap.
I have visited other kfcs in the area and have never received food this terrible. And the fact that you can’t even answer your phone this morning so I can speak directly with the store manager is unprofessional. I will take this all the way to corporate since my phonecall won’t even be answered.
