The chicken was so soggy the skin fell off when I picked it up. Upon doing so, I realized the bottom of the box and wax paper were brown from old disgusting oil. I took one bite of the chicken and I was sorry I did. It was terrible. The potatoes & biscuit were good but the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. They should be ashamed that they even served this. Taking it back to get a refund is a waste of my time and energy. Just save your money and go ANYWHERE except here.

I hadn’t been to a KFC in quite a while but we decided to try this one and the food was pretty good. Everything was hot and fresh and service was quick and friendly. I am not a big chicken eater and I ate a whole breast. I would definitely go back again.

Located right on Harper. Not a very big parking lot. Service was ok. Waited about 10 minutes to get my food. Quality of the food was pretty good first time having the chicken sandwich and I really enjoyed it. 4/5 stars overall.

Ordered 8 piece chicken meal and found out only 6 pieces were included when I got home, several miles away. After several tries, the phone was answered and employee told me if I did not return the same day, there would be nothing they could do. I was told the manager was too busy to take the call. I asked for the employee’s name and she stopped speaking but held the phone. Totally disappointed and will not return there. So unfortunate!!!

We ordered $40+ worth of chicken. It was either recooked or cooked in really old grease because the chicken was hot, dark, hard, and really greasy. As you can see it’s super dark and half of it is suppose to be extra crispy. I have never had extra crispy chicken from any KFC that was this dark before. This chicken was really greasy and tasted quite old. My family couldn’t even eat it so we threw it out. When I attempted to call (10 times) to request a refund there was no answer so I’m assuming they close at 9 pm on Fridays. I will be requesting a refund from management and will never go to this KFC again, very disappointing!
