Soda gun was down so only water and soju during our visit. However the service was receptive and transparent during order process. Food was delicious. Good location. Good atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Would recomend if looking for $$ sit down.

Great food, but the kitchen management was a disaster.
I’ve been to this restaurant several times and have always really enjoyed the food, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing. While the food is still good the service and timing this time around were absolutely terrible. Despite the restaurant being less than half-full, we waited over 90 minutes for our order.
When the food finally arrived, our drinks, appetizers, and main entrees all came out at the same time. The food was good, but absolutely not worth the wait.

Our server was actually great. He was attentive and polite, and we honestly felt bad for him. It was obvious that the delay had nothing to do with him and everything to do with how poorly run the kitchen was.
I really love the menu here, but it’s hard to justify a return trip if the dining experience involves over a 90-minute wait.
Management needs to get the kitchen back on track immediately; no matter how good the food is, a restaurant cannot survive this level of operational failure.

We showed up just before our reservation and were seated pretty quickly. They took our drink and appetizer order. Cucumber kimchi was brought to the table as their free appetizer, but we didn’t get silverware or plates for another 10 minutes. Our appetizer arrived and we still hadn’t gotten silverware so we had to sit and wait. It took over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, well after we had finished both appetizers and had ordered food. Our waitress was very cold and never seemed to check in on us. As we were still finishing eating our meals, she comes over and asks if we want the check. Never asked if we wanted another drink, dessert, how the meal was, etc. The restaurant wasn’t even busy so we were very shocked at the service. The prices are very high for the amount of food you receive. The spicy udon with beef only had a few small pieces of meat and was barely spicy. The sauce was very watery and didn’t stick to the noodles at all. We likely will not return.

This place is amazing and very authentic. It reminded my parents of being back in Korea. I like that the kimchi usually has multiple veggies and not just cabbage, it gives the veggies another layer of texture.

This place is adorable and lives up to the reviews. Went early concerned I wouldn’t get in and sat at the bar. The bartender was awesome and guided me through the menu.

They start w spicy cucumbers.

I order spicy edamame and the spicy beef bulogi. All were exceptional and the portions were large.

it was such a hidden gem downtown, i used go there every month and there’s very few people dining when i dine in however the restaurants atmosphere is beautiful and the place has wonderful seating of varying party sizes and the food was amazing, however these items are from
before they changed the menu, the menu changed tremendously and price increased as well, however the quality went down and their staples are all gone. Last time I went the dumplings got replaced with a sweet and sour sauce that you would get from fast food takeaway, the noodles had no meat and were dry and came with rice? I hope they change their menu back

Very nice atmosphere with delicious food. Service was a bit spotty and slow. Waitress never came back to ask if we wanted any additional drinks and they didn’t take away our dirty plates, but initially, our order was taken quickly. Just seems like we were forgotten about after that.

Yummy food though with classy surroundings.

our food was mid at best, all tasted the same despite ordering 3 different dishes. seems like they douse everything in sesame oil. none of it was authentic. we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out. our server told us the kitchen was prioritizing another table over everyone else’s food and went to the back to dance and talk for 30 minutes. paper straws are gross, food is mid, left us for 20 minutes without bringing the rice for the stew we ordered. our server also felt the need to badmouth the kitchen to our table and curse them. overall unprofessional and not worth it for the quality of food. do better

Love the decor inside, not too busy for Friday night at 630pm. Group of 5 literally tried all 8 appetizers not a single one disappointed us. Everything was seasoned amazing and not a single dish tasted the same. The dumplings had a little spice, the pancake was good, small area was soggy but really great textures presented. The seasoning on the fries, fire! Edamame was seasoned well, we tried the lemon seasoning. The cauliflower was a little kick but to much, it comes toward the end of the bite. The shrimp and wings were really good too. We were not fans of the kimchi, just not for our tastebuds but literally we did not have a bad bite. Waiter was great and very attentive, drinks were descent, sangria pictures and lemonade as well. Would come back and literally eat the same as what we ordered, you won’t be disappointed ALSO you have to get the dessert, the waffle is sooo good and the ice cream… solid!
