This was my first time at this location, and the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken tenders were overdone and very dry. The 8-piece chicken bucket was overly greasy, with oil pooling at the bottom. The coating on the chicken slid right off, and each piece had an excessive amount of fat. My family and I are usually very happy with both the taste and presentation, so I’m chalking this up to an off day and will give it another try in a few weeks. I ordered online for pick up my food sat there for a long time so my chicken was soggy. I was in line for a while before the girl even asked me what I wanted she took everybody else’s order though. I tried to get honey but they ignored me. I wanted to order freeze but by the time I got my chicken I didn’t want it anymore

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever experienced. It isn’t a one-off experience either. I try to be understanding – maybe I got the wrong order, maybe it was a rough night – but it’s gotten ridiculous. I only ever order a chicken pot pie fill up. Half the time the pie is halfway out of the tin, but I’d prefer that to the other half of the time when I don’t even get my food – or I get the wrong food entirely. The attached image is what I got tonight when I ordered a pot pie. I know capitalism is crushing all of our souls and the employees are underpaid, but disrespect and disregard here is on another level. This has been going on for months and I’m sick of giving this place more chances to waste my time and money.

Showed up at 630p 11/17/2021 to pickup a quick pickup order. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged but never received my order. Fingers crossed I hear back from corporate for a refund otherwise I will be doing a chargeback with my bank.

Went through the drive thru to get some double downs. The employee in the drive thru was very much not understanding me, acting as if I were rushing her, and ended up ringing me up for a chicken sandwich instead of my double down. I went inside to have it corrected, and luckily the staff was understanding and quick to fix the issue. Once all was said and done I had some amazing food but the service did bring down the experience a bit.
