First time in this location. Got my order wrong. When I pointed it out to fix it, they got it wrong again. At that point I just ate. Food was fine. Young kid behind the counter was pleasant and trying hard. Just missed the mark a bit

I ordered from the inside and the ladies were very friendly and patient while I was deciding what to get. When I got my order, my food was nice and hot, but the potato wedges seemed like they had been sitting awhile. They didn’t have their normal texture to them. They were kinda ‘rubbery’, but everything was good.

I arrived at the drive thru on 9/28/25 approximately at 4:15 to place my order. I was greeted by a KFC employee that appeared to be professionally trained and instructed to preform her duties. I proceeded to place my order speaking clearly and very fluently. My order was repeated back to me but unfortunately it was wrong, so i repeated it again and what was replied to me was yet another wrong order. Then I was asked what was my order again? I replied ” I gave you my order in the beginning repeating it again” so he replied I was helping another customer and I didn’t hear you. Finally she repeated my order and it was right. Or so I thought. I arrived at the window to be told “YOU GOT A MOUTH ON YOU DON’T YOU”. I was also charged extra money for a meal that I didn’t order which I explained after not responding to her very disrespectful rude and mean response to me. She was shocked to find out that she not only got my order wrong for the 3rd time but now she owed me money back. She closed the window and I sat for 1 1/2 to 2min before she returned to tell me the her manager was in the rest room and then asked me what did I want to do or wait? So I waited 4 minutes until the manager arrived to fix her mistake and refund my money. I said all of that to say this people want to work but do want to preform their duties as employees. And what makes it 100 times worse it was a young black woman that took my order who is a 48 year old black man which is old enough to be her father. I will be contacting the General Manager and corporate about my horrible experience!

This is one of the best KFC around if the manager that cares is working. Today was not that day 1st thing is got yelled at while ordering my food then proceeded to get a uncooked biscuit,fries and chicken it also smells like turkey wich makes no sense made the call to not eat it so I don’t get sick sad cause the normally kill it.

Ordered via uber, most disgusting chicken I’ve had in my life. Uber doesn’t let you leave reviews apparently, so this location got me to cancel my uber account and go to google to leave a shitty review. It’s inedible and I wasted like $20. Wouldn’t feed it to a dog. Still washing the taste of bitter old fry oil out.

Had the new chicken tenders; they’re the best chicken tenders I ever had anywhere; and, the new comeback sauce is very good with them; the lady who took my order in the drive-thru was so nice and got my order perfect, which unfortunately seems to be a rarity at many FF places these days, so kudos to this KFC! I appreciate it!

The service in the drive thru is nice but all my food was cold. I’ve noticed that if you visit this KFC after or close to 8PM your food will be cold. It’s happened to me twice. The first time I thought that it was a fluke but now it’s a pattern. I ordered a 3 piece crispy all white meal with macaroni and a 10 honey BBQ saucy nuggets. Everything was cold or barely at room temperature. I live less than five minutes from the restaurant so it had to be that way when I received it. It was extremely disappointing.

Food is okay, everything else is not. This location will constantly forget your order, give you incorrect sides, no sauce, no silverware, wrong drinks. They don’t care past getting food out the door. Chicken is hot and crispy though, so can’t complain there.

We got a to go order and my mother and I got chicken sandwiches and they were flat and hard, I’m not sure what kind of chicken it was but they had no meat? We have gotten a lot of chicken sandwiches and this was the first time they didn’t live up to the hype!
