I get it’s Sunday night and your busy but there is no excuse for people to be waiting for over an hour for any order. I feel really sorry for the young girl working the counter because she is getting everyone’s frustrations directly, and was the only one that I could see really even working.

I waited generously (over 20 minutes) for my food only for a customer that came in after me to get their food and when I asked for my order to just be canceled I was asked did I have an extra 5 minutes. I unfortunately did not have another 5 minutes because I had wasted my time driving there on my 30 minute lunch break. I will never return to this KFC or any KFC any time soon bc this isn’t the first or second time that this has happened so obviously: they think they’re doing you a favor and that you have no other options. As soon as I got to my car to cancel and get a refund for my order, they changed it from preparing to ready making it hard for my order to be canceled when I called support so now I am waiting for a district manager to refund $20 of food I never received SMH if you have all the time in the world, come here so that they can waste it

i was at the drivethru lastnight , it was kind of busy but the food was very delicious and hot!!! suprised the line went fast!! very kind workers and i ordered the 5 pcs chicken with the sides and a drink as well my boyfriend got the spicy chicken sandwich with the frys and mac n cheese with the drink!!!

If you’re fiending for for good fried chicken, THIS is the KFC for you. Much better than the St. Clair Shores and Mt. Clemens locations – BY FAR!! I had friends over helping me paint my house and we got hungry. I had a taste for chicken. I looked at the reviews and saw they were better than the SCS location closest to me. I drove there and went inside (not drive thru). There was a line at both! Right before I placed my order, 2 fresh trays of chicken were placed in the warmer. Got the 16 piece with 4 sides (mashed potatoes, mac & cheese and corn. EVERYTHING in my order was hot and fresh. It was so delicious! Staff was courteous as well. I recommend this location. The Popeyes off Groesbeck is the absolute WORST!

My food is really good most of the time that I go there, it has been a few times I’ve had chicken from old grease, or under cooked nuggets. Service USED to be SUPER friendly and FAST, now they’re just fast.

Food smelled and tasted like someone sprayed perfume on my order. Called back with no answer and went inside for a replacement. I smelled the bag when it was handled to be in drive thru. I thought was the female cashier at the window, until I still smelled the ordered on my way home. These ppl are sick. Go inside and watch them! Corporate will only respond in court.

Absolutely Disappointed!
I had high hopes for my visit to this place, but it turned out to be a massive letdown! They ran out of one of the dishes I was really looking forward to, and instead of informing me or offering a thoughtful replacement, they just swapped it out for something completely different without even a word!
It felt like they didn’t care about my experience at all. Communication is key in any dining experience, and this place clearly missed the mark. If you’re considering dining here, think twice. You might just end up with a meal you didn’t choose!

Absolute Nightmare of a Dining Experience!
I recently had what can only be described as a frustrating experience at this place. Not only did they serve me cherry Pepsi instead of regular Pepsi—apparently too lazy to change the pop machine—but they also substituted my side of mashed potatoes with wedges without even a word of explanation!
When I raised my concerns, I was met with laughter instead of any attempt to address my issues. It’s astonishing to me how little they care about their customers’ satisfaction.
If you want a dining experience where your order is respected, look elsewhere. This place seems to think it’s okay to serve whatever they feel like, and let’s just say, their customer service needs a serious overhaul!

Asked for a 3 piece and a 4 piece honey bbq tender meals. Got a 3 piece and a 3 piece nugget meals instead…make it make sense..literally went there specifically for the honey bbq being back!!
