ALWAYS get a receipt, count your change and check your order before you leave. They will over charge you, give you yesterday’s burnt, dried out (original recipe) chicken, coleslaw soup with very little “slaw” and dried out mac & cheese. This stuff probably was written off as thrown away so it sold at 100% profit.
I have been a customer here 2 or 3 times a month for a little over 14 years. There have been a few botched orders in that time, but that happens. HOWEVER, in the past year, that has turned into the normal experience. I won’t be back.

I suspect that any register overages, at the end of the shift just might be considered employee bonus money.

If you leave the premises and call the store to complain 10 minutes later, “There is nothing they can do for you.”

Corporate headquarters is set up so you cannot communicate with anyone there at all.
If ever the term BUYER BEWARE applied anywhere, this is the place.

The food we received was awesome. The people were really nice but… Our order wasn’t complete. Thier phone rings and then makes a high pitched tone after awhile. We will probably go back just have to check the bag before we leave. We were missing mash potatoes and coleslaw. We had to pull up and wait 10 mins for fries. If they figure out a way to make it up to us I’ll change my review, but they don’t answer the phone.

Bought some chicken tonight the chicken was old greasy and Heart bought a 12 piece bucket. They forgot to put the french fries in the bag. I called Back to talk to the manager and complain and he hung up on me. This is terrible service. This is the second time I’ve been there like this could’ve went right around the corner to Popeyes cooked their chicken fresh. I will not be going there again.

Ordered SPICY mac n cheese bowl. Received not even half a portion with regular chicken. Famous bowl was 90% corn and no chicken. Biscuits were delicious. If you out of something, say something. I would have got something else or canceled like this was beyond disappointing.

We had a great experience at KFC tonight thanks to the amazing service from a young man with black hair — tall guy, you can’t miss him! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out fast and fresh, and he even checked in to see if we needed anything else. It wasn’t busy when we went, but watching how hard he worked to keep everything in order and take care of customers was impressive. He really went above and beyond — this guy deserves a raise! He absolutely killed it tonight. Thank you for making our visit so great! Update his name is Lucas!! ABSOLUTELY worth a raise!

Part of my chicken didn’t have skin my leg looked like it had a bite taken out of it the tenders are tiny and they only gave me half of my sauces. Do not go to this place unless every other source of food is gone! I can tell from all the other reviews that corporate could care less. Update i called and let them know my problem and they are going to replace it. So at least their manager is willing to make it right.

I have updated for two visits

They never have chicken, a 30 minute wait, cashier was ruder than normal and forgetting to give people their order, three employees never left the office, I assume the Manger was the one barking orders from there to the three that were working and the back door was open for the whole time letting bugs in, it was 61 for a high today.

So after a year I thought I would try this place again, maybe I had a one off. This visit was worse then the last one. Arrived at the drive throug line order speaker at 815pm. Person said to go ahead with my order, ordered an 8 piece meal extra crispy with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. Then nothing, no confirm, no pull ahead, no total just silence. Couldn’t pull forward because of other cars in line. After five minutes someone asked if I was going to order, repeated my order, was told they had to make sure they had the chicken. She then came back about three minutes later and said they were missing a wing and breast and could I take those as original. Ok it’s just two pieces. I was then asked to pull forward, this is there it gets worse. They took my card stuck it in the machine and walked away, fifteen minutes later they asked if I got my order, I have not why would I still be sitting there if I did other than to get my credit card back from the beeping machine that it was still in. I finally got my order after another ten minutes, then they had to go find butter. What I got was three pieces of burnt crispy I think, the rest was cold,soggy breading, and dry original.

I had a great experience at KFC thanks to Lucas! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right. He was quick, efficient, and had a great attitude—even during a busy rush. You don’t always get that kind of service these days, but Lucas really went above and beyond. Definitely deserves some recognition! Keep up the awesome work!
