Came for late lunch/early dinner. Was meeting up with someone I hadn’t seen in a while. She suggested this place. It’s my first time here. The concept is to choose your protein then add your toppings to make a salad. It’s a very quick, healthy, delicious meal. Made with fresh ingredients you see displayed at the bar to choose from. The meal is good but it is a salad when it’s all said and done. If you want healthier eating, go here.

I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl (840 Cal) and it was a flavor-packed adventure! ️ The harissa honey chicken with hot harissa vinaigrette brought a bold double kick of spice, perfectly balanced with creamy Crazy Feta®, hummus, and fresh avocado. The fire-roasted corn, pickled onions, Persian cucumber, feta, basmati rice, and SuperGreens made it extra colorful and vibrant. The food quality does not disappoint—already looking forward to my next CAVA adventure!

We ordered the Falafel Crunch Bowl and the Spicy Chicken & Avocado Pita. Between the two, the pita was my favorite it had a nice spicy kick and was packed with flavor. The Falafel Bowl was also good fresh, tasty, and felt like a healthy choice.
One downside was that the bowl only had three very small pieces of falafel, which felt a bit disappointing considering the price. We also tried their Mexican cola, but it wasn’t really to our taste wouldn’t order that again.
Despite that, the overall food quality was great, everything was flavorful and filling. I’d definitely come back to try more items on their menu!

We eat out often, and I can honestly say we’ve never been served by such a genuinely happy employee. Emma had the biggest smile, was incredibly friendly, and made sure we understood all of our options. Her positive energy, and that contagious smile, truly made our visit memorable. Keep up the great work, Emma. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here! friends have mentioned that CAVA was good …but this is far greater than what I expected for what I would consider a fast food restaurant… Hon-tea this braised lamb is better than most restaurants and these lentils are infused with deliciousness …oh my God you can’t beat this! can’t wait to come back for the falafel bites and everything else that’s on the menu! PS I love these chairs where I can sit my WHOLE plus-size butt in themeith just the right curve and covered support.

The portion sizes were extremely small for the price, which was very upsetting and borderline offensive. The situation escalated at the register with the cashier, Mary who behaved aggressively. During the interaction, she confrontationally asked “who are you talking to?” I was in a disbelief! She deliberately slid the receipt across the counter rather than handing it to me
Due to the experience, I immediately wanted to address the issue but decided against returning, as I no longer felt comfortable. This was a disappointing and disrespectful experience overall. There are much better places to spend your money I do not recommend this location.

This was my first visit on recommendation from my nutritionists. This place is absolutely ! No shortcuts, no frills and no steals! I mean the quality, freshness, value and service at this place, you win! Mediterranean style so don’t shy away it’s flavor is unique and different from those other bowl/burrito joints. My new fave!

This location is lowkey mad dirty food was all over. the portions were all almost empty and they want to get mad when I ask for more when they just served me an imaginary portion to my bowl… cashier person was using the same greasy gloves to do everything… yuck. Touching and staining my bowl greasy register, greasy lid, going to the back touching the doors and everything… cleanliness should be a priority with food handling. I could’ve sworn you get a pita bread with any order??
