Annoyed they didn’t put cheese on the Famous Bowl i ordered. Literally only ordered 1 thing & they messed the bowl up. They didn’t greet me or say anything when i walked in. It was 2 ppl in there with me. & theres no drive thru. The food was hot. It came out fast but the Chicken bites didn’t seem fresh.

Orders consistently missing items. Everytime. Today ours was missing 12 nuggets, sauces and 8 biscuits! Will not be ordering from this store ever again. Have given them 3 tries now, every order has been missing items. Missing so much food is unacceptable.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at KFC today. All I asked for was a bucket with all legs, and the worker told me it would be an extra $30, which makes absolutely no sense. I’ve ordered all legs before and never had to deal with something this ridiculous. It honestly felt like they were just making up prices on the spot. Charged me for individual chicken legs like when was this a thing.
On top of that, the attitude was terrible. The employee acted annoyed the entire time, rolled their eyes, and talked to me like I was bothering them by simply ordering food. Customer service should at least be respectful, even if they’re having a bad day. Instead, I got sarcasm, rudeness, and zero effort to explain anything properly.
Overall, this visit completely ruined KFC for me. I shouldn’t have to deal with overcharging and disrespect just to get a simple order right. If this is how they treat customers now, I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I picked up food for someone. Walking in, it was absolutely not welcoming whatsoever. I do not expect them to roll the red carpet out but it looked like two of the staff were having an argument about something, and they all looked like they hated being there. I was standing there waiting on a lady to finish ordering. Instead of the cashier saying anything like “be with you in a moment” or “how can I help you?” did not acknowledge me one bit, and looked at me like I just spilled a large sized drink and she had to clean it all up. Did not offer a receipt, and said nothing. They all had attitudes. I’m sure the food was decent, but I would never return to a KFC if this is the environment they preach. 0 star experience. P.S. If you guys look like you hate your jobs so much, just quit. No one is forcing you to be there. I am tired of expressing kindness to thankless employees.

Awful customer service I ordered the fan favorite box the gave me recooked waffles and recooked chicken nuggets, weird funny shaped chicken I asked the lady that worked the counter if the food was freshly cooked she said yes that’s why it’s so brown they was so hard Smh ! Oh not to mention they gave me this box with grease all on the outside and it wasn’t from the chicken in the because the inside have no grease on it ! I’m just out done with this KFC

Highly disappointed I got the #7 5 piece chicken tender box with two sides . The fries were dry and taste bad. The chicken tenders were not crispy and the biscuit was doughy when I bit into it. The only thing that taste good was the Mac and cheese and the cherry Pepsi. Highly disappointed considering the fact I paid money for a meal that was horrific. Refund is needed ‼️

Very disappointed this was the worst KFC I’ve ever had to deal with the guy was very rude and they told us we could only get 2 large mashed potatoes for sides there would be no substitute even though we spent $40 on family meals.even though they had other sides and the lady tried to ask him if she could she give me something else besides two mashed potatoes very large mashed potatoes with gravy the guy said no and was very rude to her and told her to get over there and do her job not going back there again. And the food was not exceptional like they had cooked it and it sat there a while, KFC used to be the best chicken place in the world no one can touch those herbs and spices now I couldn’t even taste the spices please don’t cut back on the quality of your work.

Check ✔️ this out! Little Ceasars pizza closed early dew to understaffed. I drove right ✅️ next door to KFC . Selected a couple of combo meals to go ♂️. Chicken breast combo n KFC bowl combo meals. Both combo’s come with drinks , sides, n a cookie . Only $6.29 each! “Out the door “. They used 2 say.( Classic) Everyone needs to make time ⏲️ for this location. Great service n good people working ♀️ here. Even though the restaurant had a line. We received our food ☺️ QUICKLY! Fast food at its best. Brand new stop ✋️.
