Ordered 12 spicy hot wings and two chicken tenders. The hot wings were cold, only received 11, and I had two nasty wing tips in with my order (see pictures)!
The tenders were obviously over done by the dark brown color and the wife nearly chipped a tooth on the over done “crispy”! Couldn’t chew them. Bad product being put out for the money.

Took 5 mins to get someone to help me at the front counter. I saw everyone working. Someone could have said they would be right with me…. I had to try the new Vegitarian Beyond chicken nuggets. I have to say it was very good. Overall food was good, service was good once I got noticed.

Ordered food online. Got there to pick it up and waited 25 minutes to get to the window. As soon as i got to the window and said it was an online pickup, the employees all looked at each other in confusion and stepped away from the window to huddle at the online screen. I knew instantly they didnt even start on the order even though the online app said it was ready for pick up. Was told to pull forward. Waited 25 more minutes and after the employee walked up to give me the order, he realized he gave me the wrong order and gave the second vehicle behind me that was also waiting his order. I finally just walked in and asked for the refund. Was told to call a number because they couldn’t refund me because it was doordash considering thats what they use for online orders. Called the number and was told by doordash they couldnt refund me that it would have to be under review and they would teach back out afterwards. Money is in limbo and its irritating not only to waste an hour of my life for nothing but then to be told you cant get your refund. When did we get to a point where a customer cant get his/her money back and it has to go through a “review process”.

I recently visited a KFC Restaurant Located At Ft. Harrison & Lafayette Ave. in Terre Haute Indiana.
I ordered Chicken Livers Which Were Under Cooked. When I Called Them About The Under Cooked Livers, The Manager Said She Would Replace Them. So I Drove Back To The Store.
The Manager Was Rude And As You Can See By The Pictures My Replaced Food Was Covered In Gravy As One Of The Lids Was Not Put On Tight. When I Called The 800 # To Let Them Know About My Experience, They Never Returned My Call.

this was really bad and i mean bad cause me and my dad went a week ago and it was so dirty and my dr pepper i got did not taste anything like dr pepper and i got a chicken nugget meal for 10 and for five chicken nuggets and only got four and they were really small and my biscuit was smashed absolutely smasher and the meat was nasty and stuff never coming back.

Seriously just need to shut this place down. I’ve been twice in the past 2 months and the first time the lobby was closed and waited foreverrrrrr for our food that was an online order. This time we place an order online and they’re out of mashed potatoes. Why let continue to let people order it on the app? I won’t be back for a good while. Hopefully things change. One of the workers said most of their fryers and ovens down work. Smh how can you run a business like that…

They messed up our order. i ordered a 3 piece dinner, only got 2 pieces of pigeon i say that because the breast was very small and dry, the wing that came with it was just as small and bad and didn’t even get the 3rd piece. the biscuit was hard as a rock on top. They didn’t give us any of the sauces I ordered. And the drinks tasted like carbonated water they’re supposed to be dr. Pepper with vanilla that we paid extra for and didn’t get. I ordered online for pick up when I went in I had to stand there for a few (no biggy) but when timetables finally asked to help me they had my order sitting on the counter that I stared at for ten min. The store was utterly disgusting there was dried soda syrup on all the lids that weren’t even near the soda machine the floor was gross with prices of trash though out the building there was a garbage smell as soon as you walk though the doors the bag my food was in was dirty
