Went through the drive-through. I ordered three classic chicken sandwich combos all three with fries all three with Dr Pepper to make it easy for them. They still gypped me Two fries. Can’t call the restaurant. The phone line is constantly busy. They must take the phone off the hook call customer service they want to offer me a five dollar gift card for something they charge 2.99 for. 299×2 is 5.98. That’s kind of a kick in the nuts. I just want my two fries, Which is what I told them. So not only is the customer service of the drive-through suck, but the customer service through their Phone customer service line blows as well.

Bought two pot pies the whole center of them are soggy. When I went back through the drive-thru and asked if they had any that were not soggy the lady told us to pull around and told us that all of them were soggy in the center and that it was due to their crust change. Tables are dirty came in to try to have a nice lunch with my family for inside and couldn’t even eat because they had no lids for drink no plates to dish out food no napkins. Drinks carbonation needs replaced. The staff are busy on their cell phones and refuse to take your order in person have yo have a card to pay and order on a tablet and yet they still got the order wrong as well. I do not recommend. Went through on our lunch break and had the worst experience. The red head that was working the drive thru was beyond rude and unfriendly. Handed our food out and my husband was smiling at her and she goes “You don’t have to act weird, I come to work to do my job, not get harassed” then slammed the window shut. I didn’t know smiling at someone was harassment these days. She needs fired. I wish the owners and management would actually look at these reviews and see how their workers really act. Pathetic!

$29.99 for a bucket. Not bad. But these are the last 4 pieces. The spicy wraps were about the same size as an egg roll. Smaller than the picture certainly. Service was fast. Just not spending that again.

Visited on 9/10/22 around 5pm. I ordered the 8 pc bucket, extra crispy, with 2 sides and biscuits, costing a little more than $30. Drove home and opened the bucket and it only had 4 pieces of chicken, that looked like they had been sitting for hours. The the biscuits were rock hard. Tried to call several times but they have the phone off the hook. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
