I stopped by KFC for a quick dinner and was pretty happy with the experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and had that classic seasoning I was craving. The mashed potatoes and gravy were smooth and flavorful, and the biscuit was warm and soft. Service was fast and friendly, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. The dining area was mostly clean, though a couple of tables hadn’t been cleared yet. Overall, it was a satisfying visit good food, quick service, and I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for fried chicken.

The rightful owner of the chicken sandwich has arrived! In and out was a breeze and the service was top notch. I went drive thru.
But I had chicken sandwich combo and a spicy chicken sandwich solo. Everything was great and great value as well as the sandwich comes with very good size and portion.

I got a 8 pc dinner the other evening. Was very disappointed the chicken was all small pieces. The breast was about two bits. So done with KFC. I would be ashamed to serve the chicken to customers . Take out order.

I ordered door Dash for a pick up before we went into to work. It was horrible experience!!! Never will I again!!! I had sauce that I put in order and didn’t get it. The drinks was water down and not filled up and the corn was overly cooked. The only reason I put a star ⭐️ because I had to so I could leave a review!!!

The people are really nice and they are very cooperative but they don’t know how to properly manage a business. I ordered a bucket of tenders with dipping sauce, they came in late (10-20 minutes late) and then left me with my order without any sauces. I called back before I got the order because I was worried about where my order was, (it had been 20 minutes) the employee then tells me specifically that the sauces are in there so I knew that I did order the sauces along with my order.

Messed my bucket meals up more than once. Told me I had a replacement then would not honor it. When I spend that much money for my family I really hope for what I’m paying for and it’s just disappointment time after time. Will not return. Do not recommend. Food is old and reused from the day before after sitting on warmers all day. Just gross and overpriced. You don’t even get what you pay for.

My dinner was too expensive $11 just for a few small piece tender combo, worse get home put food on plate, tenders was tough & biscuit was hard from can tell sitting all day, mashed taters watery wth, only thing fresh I ate was the coleslaw. I called manager immediately who cashed me out in drive & she knew food was old sitting so just said she will replace the combo without slaw. Ok I had to throw the taters & biscuit in trash, nibbled on some of chicken. I’ve always had fresh food from here. I understand short staff excuses but the ladies here had not 1 customer at 4 while the manager & another employee was right outside door smoking when seems should’ve been tossing old & cooking fresh food for dinner time smh.

Went inside to make a togo order. It was during the lunch time period but we’ll before noon. returned There were
3 people working one of which appeared to be very young. I gave her my order (6 full original recipe wings) and large wedges. I had repeated the order to make sure she had it. Another of the 3 employees worked and filled my order. I took it and returned to the car but thought I would check it just to make sure.
Sure enough it was wrong! I got chicken strips instead of wings. I returned inside and after waiting for a bit the 3rd of the 3 employees asked if I had a problem. I explained my issue to him and he took care of correcting the order. Spent 35 min at KFC to get a takeout order.

I came in, ordered my food and waited for quite a while. Turns out my order got skipped over (they got a massive order in right after). The manager on staff was very nice about it, got my order ready himself, apologized and offered me a free one next time I come in. He handled the situation perfectly.

Their chickens always fresh and hot sides are always fresh and hot but the downside to ordering from KFC is the containers they put them in get soggy and wet from the steam and fall apart on you. If you get a bucket the chicken is so hot that it steams up inside the bucket and become soggy by the time you get home. Now if you’re eating there perfect place to get your chicken but if you got a long drive home make sure you take the top off of it and let it vent some of the steam so that your chicken doesn’t become wet.
